In recent years,university teaching is no longer limited to lectures,but to the development of diversified course formats.And in order to make the experiment of urban rail system closer to the real situation of production,a new set of dynamic model platform to simulate the urban rail line in university is built.There are 2 main substations,8 traction mixing stations and 8 train models for upward and downward each,totally 44 control boards in the platform.Besides,there are nearly 70 data nodes to be observed on each control board.Since the control boards are enclosed in equipment cabinets and moving trains,which cannot be observed with physical instruments,a monitoring system with multiple measurement functions is needed to provide the only and reliable data support for student experiments.After an in-depth investigation of virtual instruments and monitoring systems in domestic and international,this paper designs a multi-point access monitoring and storage system based on Ethernet communication for the moving model platform,which mainly accomplishes the following.The upper application interface of the monitoring system is designed and developed by using C# language and MS 2015 controls in VS 2013,including the multi-channel waveform selection,display,triggering,measurement and analysis functions.By analyzing the communication requirements of various hardware facilities of the dynamic model platform,the selection of the underlying Ethernet chip and train wireless communication equipment is completed and the communication network construction adapted to the dynamic platform is proposed.Based on this construction,the W5300 Ethernet chip is programmed and controlled in control boards.Through Ethernet TCP communication,the multi-point access function,including simultaneous observation by multiple users and simultaneous observation in multiple control boards is realized.Depending on the function and the data collected,a set of response protocols for interactive control between the upper application and the bottom five types of control boards are established.The data collection and transmission of analog,digital and intermediate calculation variables in all control boards are tested at a sampling rate of10 k Sa/s.According to the data storage requirements of the monitoring system,the optimized database structure of the dynamic mode monitoring system is proposed by combining the B+ tree index structure characteristics of My SQL database and using InnoDB storage engine with higher security.And using the standard database language SQL in VS 2013,the data to be stored is transformed and merged into long SQL statements,and the transaction commit is used to make data storage safer and more efficient.By establishing the record table,the data writing record is displayed in the monitoring system.According to the users’ choice,it is converted into database search SQL statement.Then the corresponding data is read and the waveform diagram is drawn.After testing,the monitoring system developed in this paper meets the function requirements,with friendly interface interaction,accurate data and stable operation,so it can provide the observation for teaching experiments in dynamic model platform.There are 49 figures,5 tables,and 59 references.
