The gas turbine is the core equipment of the combustion drive compressor unit in the pressurization station of the long natural gas pipeline,its operating environment is complex.Maintaining the healthy and efficient operation of gas turbine can improve the efficiency and reduce cost in actual production.The establishment of gas turbine performance calculation model and steady-state performance simulation model can systematically analyze the gas turbine and provide reference for field.The main research work of this thesis is as follows:Firstly,the performance calculation model of LM2500 + gas turbine is established,and the performance calculation program is written in Matlab platform.The measurable parameters of gas turbine obtained from field investigation are transformed into unmeasurable parameters such as compressor inlet flow,initial gas temperature,and performance parameters such as component efficiency,output power and thermal efficiency.Secondly,the steady-state performance simulation model of LM2500 + gas turbine is established by using modular modeling method,writing the program in Matlab platform to simulate the running state of gas turbine.The accuracy of the simulation results is verified by comparing the temperature,pressure,speed and other state parameters of each component with the field data.Finally,the test data obtained from the compressor maintenance center of CNPC and the field operation data of booster station are input into the performance calculation program to analyze the performance of each component and the whole machine.The performance simulation program is used to simulate LM2500 + gas turbine under the different operating conditions,and the law of gas turbine performance under different operating conditions is obtained to provide reference for actual production.
