Due to the high cost of satellite,it is necessary to carry out simulation on the ground to effectively evaluate the satellite systems before the satellite is launched into space,and the satellite attitude control subsystem is an important part of the satellite system.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a satellite attitude control system with good attitude control ability.With the rapid development of satellite technology,higher requirements are put forward for attitude control simulation system from the aspects of universality,reliability,human-computer interaction,flexibility and so on.At the same time,in order to meet the needs of control system on orbit performance evaluation,it is necessary to establish a complete satellite ground co simulation loop.To meet the above requirements,PD control algorithm and EKF attitude determination algorithm of satellite are designed and implemented.The attitude control simulation system based on visual studio and STK software is designed,and the hardware in the loop simulation platform is established to verify the satellite attitude control scheme.The research results of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the satellite attitude dynamics equation and the attitude kinematics equation based on quaternion are derived.The dynamic model is modeled,and the mathematical models related to satellite attitude control subsystem,such as satellite sensors and actuators,are established.The model modules of satellite attitude control system are designed with the main idea of modularization.Secondly,the design and development of human-computer interaction software are carried out;The feasibility of PD control algorithm in satellite attitude control is verified by controlling the attitude angle and the velocity of the three axis;The attitude of satellite with only one magnetometer is determined by using extended Kalman filter algorithm.The simulation results show that the accuracy of attitude angle of three axis is less than 1 ° The design accuracy of the system meets the requirements of the precision of the positioning.Thirdly,a semi physical simulation platform for satellite is built.Due to the lack of some hardware,a semi physical simulation method based on dynamic simulator and onboard computer is designed.According to the scientific research requirements,the hardware and software of the dynamic simulator are designed,and the closed-loop operation of the semi physical platform for attitude and orbit control is realized.Finally,taking XX satellite of COMMSAT company as an application example,the simulation of satellite on orbit flight is carried out,the simulation results show that the attitude control simulation system can meet the functions of satellite ground simulation experiment and in orbit telemetry remote control,and can effectively test and evaluate the performance index of satellite attitude control algorithm.
