With the development of satellite technology,semi-physical simulation is always an important link in the research and development of satellite attitude control system.The stability,reliability and index compliance of the satellite attitude control subsystem can be verified by long time semi-physical simulation test.At present,there is a lack of semi-physical simulation platform for micro-nano satellite.This paper designs and builds a set of micro-nano satellite semi-physical simulation platform based on Matlab/xPC Target,main tasks have included:First,the importance of the low-cost dedicated semi-physical simulation platform in the research and development of micro-nano satellite is analyzed.And according to characteristic design and development of micro-nano satellite,concept drawing and the design of semiphysical simulation system is determined.Second,the working principle of the real-time Target simulation system based on Matlab/xPC Target is briefly described,and the key factors affecting the system reliability,stability and real-time indicators are emphatically studied.Then,xPC Target was used to connect the host and Target in series,and a semi-physical simulation system was built,and the system was preliminarily tested.Thirdly,based on S-function system functions and using Cmex S-function method in Matlab/Simulink environment,IO driver function module of PXI62205 data acquisition board card is written.Through Simulink graphical editing mode and S-function module writing mode,the attitude dynamics and kinematics model of the satellite,as well as the mathematical model of some sensors and actuators were modularized.Fourth,the effectiveness of the function modules of the semi-physical simulation closedloop loop is tested.In the end,the stability and real-time performance of the semi-physical simulation system is verified by operating the attitude dynamics and control model of satellite.The results show that the semi-physical simulation system based on xPC Target can still guarantee the real-time performance and high precision of the system when calculating the complex attitude control model,which can meet the needs of the development of micro-nano satellite.
