With the increasingly serious problems of oil energy shortage and air pollution,it is imperative to vigorously develop the new energy automobile industry.Hybrid electric vehicle has the advantages of both electric vehicle and traditional vehicle,and has become the research focus of scholars in recent years.This paper focuses on the torque coordination control algorithm in the mode switching process of hybrid electric vehicle.Through the dynamic analysis of the mode switching process,the corresponding mode switching control strategies are proposed,and the influence of different control strategies on the mode switching performance is studied.The research work of this paper has a certain academic reference value for the development of mode switching control strategy of hybrid electric vehicle,and has a certain engineering application significance for improving the mode switching performance of hybrid electric passenger vehicle.Firstly,based on AMESim and MATLAB/Simulink,a hybrid vehicle cosimulation platform is built.In AMESim software,the whole vehicle and powertrain model of hybrid electric vehicle are established,including vehicle dynamics,motor,engine,power battery,clutch and clutch hydraulic drive submodels.The model of mode switching control strategy is established in MATALB / Simulink.Subsequently,the mode switching of hybrid system is classified and studied,and three typical mode switching processes are selected for dynamic analysis.Aiming at the mode switching process from pure electric to parallel drive,a mode switching control strategy of "clutch oil pressure fuzzy control + motor torque compensation + engine speed control + engine throttle opening rate limit" is proposed.Aiming at the mode switching process from parallel drive to pure electric drive,a mode switching control strategy of "engine throttle opening rate limit + motor torque compensation" is proposed.Aiming at the mode switching process from single motor drive to dual motor drive,a mode switching control strategy of "motor active speed regulation + motor torque compensation" is proposed.Finally,based on the cosimulation platform,the proposed mode switching control strategy is simulated and analyzed,and the comparative experimental research on the mode switching control strategy is carried out on the hardware in the loop test platform.The influence of different throttle pedal opening rate on mode switching performance is studied;The influence of engine idle speed start and engine target speed start on mode switching performance is studied;The influence of motor speed lower than target speed and motor speed higher than target speed on mode switching performance is studied.The experimental results show that the proposed control strategy can effectively reduce the impact and the friction work of the clutch in the process of mode switchingThere are 77 pictures,10 tables and 90 references.
