| In recent years,affected by the global extreme climate,heavy rains and waterlogging disasters have occurred frequently in rural areas of our country,causing severe damage to the local society and economy and the safety of villagers’ lives and property.At the same time,due to my country’s excessive emphasis on the scale and speed of urbanization in the previous stage of development,urban construction continues to squeeze and destroy the rural natural environment,resulting in an increasing contradiction between the urgent construction and development needs and the fragile rural ecosystem.As a result,villages are gradually losing the ability to cope with the ecological self-healing of rain and flood disasters,and are facing a series of threats such as ecological damage,water pollution,water shortage and water safety risks.In 2017,the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to give priority to the development of agricultural and rural areas in the new development stage,comprehensively promote the overall strategy of "village revitalization",and put forward higher requirements for the sustainable development of rural ecology.It is against this background that this research focuses on the issue of stormwater resilience,takes my country’s rural areas as the research object,introduces the concept of resilience planning,and explores and studies rural planning methods from the perspective of stormwater resilience.First,comprehensively summarize and summarize the research progress of storm flood resilience theory and practice at home and abroad,analyze the special problems faced by rural construction from the perspective of resilience,and propose the necessity and possibility of using resilience planning technology to improve rural storm flood safety.Secondly,it studies and sorts out the traditional ecological wisdom in stormwater management in my country ’ s rural areas,combines the theoretical research and practical experience of contemporary stormwater resilience,and summarizes the constituent elements,characteristic requirements and technical integration of the stormwater resilience system in rural areas.The construction of resilience in rural areas under pressure provides a solid theoretical foundation.Furthermore,combined with relevant case studies,a framework of rural planning methods for stormwater resilience is proposed,with the main line of improving rural stormwater resilience,and the “security pattern facing stormwater resilience” at the technical level and the spatial aspect “space facing stormwater resilience”.Researches are carried out from different perspectives of the system,and combined with the cultural perspective of the “ protection mechanism for stormwater resilience ”,the rural stormwater resilience planning strategy is proposed.Finally,choose Chechang Village,Zhoukoudian Town,Fangshan District,Beijing as an empirical application case,and explore the planning path of Dechang Village oriented to rainwater resilience under the guidance of the aforementioned theoretical framework.This research attempts to summarize and develop the wisdom of my country’s traditional rainwater management ecological practice,and build a rural planning strategy system oriented to stormwater resilience,which has theoretical and practical significance for improving the ecological security of rural areas in my country and building the capacity of villages to adapt to stormwater. |
