| With the continuous advancement of The Belt and Road Initiative,China Railway Express lines have been set up all over China,becoming an important carrier for promoting China-Europe trade.At present,the increase in the number of China Railway Express trains has gradually stabilized,the transportation network has been gradually improved.Improving the operation quality is the main goal at this stage.Currently,China Railway Express still has problems such as low transportation efficiency,unstable freight transit period,and difficulty in making adjustments to special cases.Therefore,based on the framework of the basic train timetable,the study of the optimization method of the actual operation plan of the China Railway Express has important practical significance for the improvement of the operational level of the China Railway Express.Based on the above issues,the following research on the China Railway Express operation plan was conducted:(1)The current overall layout and development status of China Railway Express was summarized.Combined with relevant domestic and foreign researches,the problems in actual operation of China Railway Express were analyzed,and propose the necessity of optimizing the operation plan of China Railway Express from the practical aspect.(2)The current transportation organization mode of China Railway Express was analyzed.In view of the existing problems in the current transportation organization mode of China Railway Express,refer to the commonly used multi-shipment direct trains in railway freight transportation,and the transportation organization mode of multi-shipment direct train was proposed.The adaptability of multi-shipment direct mode was explained according to its characteristics and the practice of China Railway Express in the past.(3)In view of the characteristics of the China Railway Express timetable,comprehensively consider the time relationship and connection relationship between the train and the goods,and take the freight flow wiring as the optimization idea,and adopt the transportation organization mode that combines the "point-to-point" direct train and the multi-shipment direct train,the China Railway Express train paths selection model based on the basic train timetable was established with the requirements of delivery deadline and full load rate.An algorithm was designed to solve the model.(4)On the basis of completing the train paths selection model of the China Railway Express,in response to the problem that the train cannot be operated as planned due to special circumstances,with the goal of minimizing the total deviation time of the adjusted operating line,the China Railway Express train paths adding model was constructed for the departure delay.The model was designed to realize the flexible adjustment of the train timetable.(5)The China Railway Express West Corridor was selected as a sample.The China Railway Express train paths selection model based on the basic train timetable and the China Railway Express train paths adding model for the departure delay was adopted to achieve flexible selection of train paths and rapid adjustment under special circumstances.The operation plan was finally compared with the operation plan under the current transportation organization mode to verify the validity and rationality of the model and algorithm.It was also confirmed that combining "point-to-point" direct trains and multi-shipment direct trains can shorten the assembly time by nearly half.This mode had a strong positive effect on improving the quality of China Railway Express,especially the improvement of transportation time. |
