Research On Economic Benefit Evaluation And Optimization Of China Railway Express's Train Plan

China's economic development model is facing challenges as its economy is affected by reducing demand in the international market,in order to further expand the trade market and strengthen trade with European countries,China has proposed the “Belt and Road” cooperation strategy for the first time.China Railway Express is a trade-link between China and Europe,it opens up the trade routes between China and countries along the European route and expands the market in China and Europe.The number of China Railway Express has increased rapidly,the routes have been expanded and improved,and the value of goods has increased significantly,making it an important carrier of China-EU trade.The ultimate purpose of China Railway Express as a transportation company is economic benefits.The launching scheme of China Railway Express is the core content of the railway organization's research work on trains,which directly affects the transportation efficiency and economic benefits of China Railway Express.Therefore,this paper proposes a method for evaluating the economic benefits of China Railway Express train plan,and optimizes China Railway Express train plan based on the economic benefit evaluation of the current China Railway Express train plan.The main contents of this paper include:(1)Based on the previous research on the China Railway Express train plan,this article analyzes and summarizes the operation status and development trend of the China Railway Express train plan.The analysis shows that the transportation operation mode of the China Railway Express train plan needs to be combined with the market economy to achieve market-oriented way to compete in the field of transportation.Through reading a lot of literature,the paper summarizes the current situation of China Railway Express at home and abroad,and obtains the current status of China Railway Express.(2)Based on the operation status and existing problems of China Railway Express,the economic benefits of China Railway Express are sorted out,the relevant influencing factors of China Railway Express' economic benefits are studied,and related calculation models are established.Based on the input-output method,the economic indicators of China Railway Express are analyzed,and an index system of economic benefit evaluation is preliminarily constructed.Through the evaluation index calculation method of the China Railway Express train plan,the cost calculation model and quantitative index calculation model of the development bank were established,and the qualitative indicators were processed with fuzzy numbers.(3)By studying the basic principles of DEA,the two basic CCR and BBC models of DEA are analyzed,according to the applicable scope of the model,this paper constructs the economic benefit evaluation model of the China-Europe train schedule based on the fuzzy data envelope analysis method(FDEA),by solving and analyzing the model,to judge its relative effectiveness,establish a non-fuzzy DEA optimization model for the evaluation results of China Railway Express train plan.(4)The paper is analyzed and verified with China Railway Express train plan(Zhengzhou)as an example,on the basis of point-to-point direct and assembly center,this paper verifies the effectiveness of economic benefit index and puts forward reasonable improvement plan.
