Research On The Optimization Of High-speed Train Operation Plan Considering The Improvement Of Tourism Utility

The expansion of the high-speed rail network has led to the rapid development of high-speed rail tourism,and tourism forms such as one place a day have gradually emerged.The traditional designing method of line plan and timetable,mainly completes transportation tasks,and takes less consideration of the travel demand of passengers,resulting in lower travel utility of passengers.Therefore,it is necessary to study the designing method of the line plan and timetable considering the tourism utility,while ensuring the feasibility to improve the service level of the tourist flow,which is important for further enhancing the competitiveness of the high-speed railway in the tourism service market.This thesis defines the high-speed rail travel plan and tourism utility from the perspective of the entire round-trip travel chain,analyzes the key problems and solving procedures of the line plan and timetable considering the tourism utility,and puts forward the calculation method of the tourism utility.Next,studying the influencing factors of the travel plan and its designing method and process based on the intensity of tourism flow,and explaining the calculation method of its combined weight.With the goal of improving tourism effectiveness,the key elements of the stop plan in the line plan were studied,and the optimization model of the train timetable was established.Finally,a part of the railway network in Shandong Province was taken as an example to verify the effectiveness of the model.The specific research content is as follows.1.Analysis of optimization problem of line plan and timetable considering tourism utility.This thesis defines the high-speed rail travel plan and tourism utility,clarifies the key problems of line plan and timetable considering tourism utility,and puts forward the solution process.Based on fuzzy set theory,this thesis analyzes the expression forms of utility function in different links of travel plan,which provides a theoretical basis for the establishment of the model.2.Put forward the designing process and method of high-speed rail travel plan.Studying the influencing factors of travel plan,explaining the calculation method of tourism flow intensity from cities to stations based on gravity model,and designing the travel plan compilation process based on the input and output intensity and clustering grade of station tourism flow.Finally,an index system is established to explain the calculation method of the combined weight of travel plan.3.Establish an optimization model of timetable based on tourism utility.Considering the basic constraints of the timetable,the stop plan constraint,and the tourism utility constraint,the establishment of an timetable optimization model with the largest number of feasible tourism plans,the greatest utility of the feasible tourism plans,and the smallest adjustment range to the original timetable is established to improve the feasibility and utility of the travel plan.4.Case study.According to the actual railway network in Shandong Province,this thesis set up three scenarios."Beijing-Shanghai trains fixed,only timetabling for tourism purposes","Beijing-Shanghai and cross-line trains fixed,only timetabling for tourism purposes","Beijing-Shanghai and the cross-line trains are fixed,other trains on this line are adjustable,and timetabling for tourism purposes",analyze the impact of the timetabling results in multiple scenarios on the feasibility and effectiveness of the travel plan,which verifies the effectiveness of this model.
