| Capital management is the core of enterprise financial management.A large number of practical cases prove that centralized capital management is an effective way of capital management.Y port group has one belt,one road initiative.Under the guidance of the state and the whole area,the scale of enterprises has expanded rapidly,and the distribution of regional scope has been expanding.Therefore,it is an urgent problem for y port group to analyze and study the existing centralized fund management mode and explore a more suitable centralized fund management mode for enterprise development.In this paper,literature research,case study,questionnaire survey and interview are used to study the problems and specific optimization suggestions of Y port group’s centralized fund management mode.First of all,this paper combs the current situation of Y port group’s fund management mode,and through the questionnaire,analyzes the following problems of Y port group’s fund centralized management mode:(1)the function of fund centralized management is weakened;(2)the bank accounts of member enterprises are scattered,and the enterprise groups cannot accurately grasp the fund flow status of each member enterprise;(3)the degree of fund management informatization Low,there is no unified fund management information platform;(4)the fund budget is not combined with the fund management,unable to achieve in-process control.Secondly,in the aspect of optimizing the fund centralized management mode of Y port group,this paper puts forward the fund centralized management mode of "fund settlement center + bank enterprise direct alliance platform".On the basis of analyzing the reasons for adopting this mode,it focuses on the construction and implementation steps of this mode:(1)strengthening the centralized and unified management function of fund settlement center;(2)building the bank enterprise direct alliance platform to realize Cross bank centralized management,virtual centralized real-time monitoring of funds;(3)promote the effective docking of financial system and bank enterprise direct connection platform to achieve data sharing and improve work efficiency;(4)strengthen comprehensive budget management,establish fund management evaluation system,and achieve effective fund collection.Finally,this paper puts forward the relevant safeguard measures for the implementation of the model: implementing risk management and control,strengthening staff business training,establishing fund management assessment mechanism and improving the fund management system,etc.at the same time,it forecasts the optimization effect.The research suggestions of this paper are as follows: first,the enterprise should select the appropriate centralized management mode of capital,which can form the combination of centralized management mode of capital on the basis of retaining or optimizing the original mode,supplemented by other management means,and may be more conducive to the realization of the group’s centralized management of capital.Second,in the process of optimizing the centralized fund management mode,we should use information technology to realize the organic connection between the financial system and the fund management platform,realize the dynamic customized monitoring of the funds of subordinate units,and improve the work efficiency.Third,we need to do a good job in the construction of risk management and control,employee training,assessment mechanism design and other supporting measures to ensure the centralized management of funds. |
