As a unique architectural form of Qingdao,Liyuan building carries the urban memory of Qingdao.However,due to weak protection awareness and complicated residents,the resident personnel is complex,the Liyuan buildings are aging and deteriorating.It has a negative impact on the expression of urban style and the quality of life of users,so its reconstruction and reuse is an urgent problem to be solved.In recent years,Qingdao has attached great importance to the development of Liyuan and invested a lot of funds to carry out the protection and renovation of Liyuan,but the renovation focuses on the regeneration of internal functions and the renewal of external facades.Due to the lack of energy-saving measures in the building,the thermal performance of the building can not be improved obviously only by protective repair.Therefore,on the premise of not destroying the urban context and the historical information of the buildings,improving the thermal performance of Liyuan buildings and improving the thermal environment will not only benefit the protection of Liyuan buildings,continue the historical context of the city,but also effectively save resources,to enhance user comfort and building utilization,to give new vitality to the building.In this paper,Qingdao Liyuan building as the object of study,to explore the appropriate measures for energy-saving renovation of the building envelope.First of all,through literature research and field investigation,we analyzed the architectural features of the Liyuan,the current situation of the building and the progress of the building renovation work,and combined with the thermal performance analysis and thermal environment test of the enclosure structure,it is concluded that the Liyuan building envelope has poor thermal performance and needs to be rebuilt for energy saving.Secondly,we comb the principle of building energy-saving optimization,and put forward the energy-saving measures that can be combined with wall,roof and window repair,to provide a theoretical basis for follow-up research.Thirdly,we take Yuanshanli as an example to build a model of the Liyuan,and use Ladybug Tools to simulate the wall,roof and exterior window respectively,and analyze the payback period of the investment,the optimum scheme of the single factor optimization of the exterior-protected structure of the Liyuan building is obtained.Finally,according to the present situation of the Liyuan building and the purpose of renovation,we divide the collaborative optimization scheme into three types: wall and window 、 roof and window、wall and roof and window.By using the orthogonal test method,the economic single factor scheme is combined and analyzed,and the best comprehensive optimization scheme of each optimization type is put forward.Based on the quantitative analysis,this paper puts forward the optimization strategy of Qingdao Liyuan building envelope.The results show that the energy-saving measures can reduce the energy consumption greatly and can be cost-effective.This study is beneficial to reduce the heating energy consumption of Qingdao Liyuan buildings,improve the energy efficiency without destroying the historical features.This paper can provide guidance for the energy-saving optimization design of Qingdao Liyuan buildings.It can also provide reference for the energy-saving optimization of other types of historical buildings in Qingdao and the whole country.
