| Seed storage is a very important part of the seed industry.The seed bank is the main place for seed storage.The quality of the storage environment directly affects the quality of seed storage.Among the existing seed banks in my country,the room temperature seed bank is the most important type of seed bank,accounting for more than 70% of the total number of seed banks in the country.The room temperature seed bank is a storage building that does not use air conditioning for cooling or heating,and only relies on natural ventilation to improve the indoor environment.It is characterized by a short storage period and fast seed circulation.The indoor thermal and humid environment requirements for storage are lower than that of a constant temperature seed bank.The seeds need a relatively dark indoor light environment during storage,and at the same time,try to minimize the high temperature in the summer and reduce the indoor humidity.Reducing the length of indoor high temperature is a favorable condition for the seeds to survive the summer safely,because the respiration of the seeds will increase with the increase in temperature.If the seeds are kept in a low temperature state,it is also an effective way to reduce the respiration intensity.Because the heat of indoor temperature mainly comes from the solar radiation of the external environment,the addition of building external shading can directly block the solar radiation from entering the building interior.Shading outside the building will affect the natural ventilation inside the building to a certain extent.At a certain temperature,the lower the relative humidity of the air,the better the seed storage effect.Among them,enhancing the indoor air circulation in the building is an effective way to reduce the indoor humidity.Because the air has certain heat transfer and dehumidification capabilities,strengthening indoor ventilation can not only reduce the moisture inside the seeds,but also reduce the indoor temperature,and improve the stability of seed storage.Among them,the air age is an important indicator for judging the indoor ventilation status.In the building indoor environment,the smaller the air age,the faster the indoor air exchange rate and the better the ventilation effect.Therefore,in the design of the room temperature seed bank,under the condition of increasing the external shading of the building,it is the top priority of the plan to reduce the high temperature in the summer building as much as possible,and to minimize the impact on the indoor air age.Based on the above-mentioned problems,this paper analyzes the influence of external shading on the indoor temperature and ventilation of the room temperature seed bank building by using the two factors of indoor high temperature time in summer and indoor air age through the study of relevant domestic and foreign data.This paper uses Ecotect and Phoenics software to simulate,and then uses the least squares method to curve-fit the simulated data,and uses F to test the accuracy of the calibration formula,and then uses Matlab software to analyze the law of the external shading of the building on the indoor temperature and air age and select Optimum value range,and finally,the existing building Rixwang Seed Bank is simulated by adding external shading software to analyze the data and summarize the law.At the same time,it is compared with the increase and decrease trends of the simulation data in Chapters 3 and 4 to verify the whole The accuracy of the simulation experiment.In order to realize the needs of seed storage,this article mainly solves the contradiction between indoor temperature and ventilation caused by the addition of external shading in the room temperature seed bank,and has practical guiding significance for the future reconstruction of the external shading of the room temperature seed bank in Qingdao.The research content of this article is divided into 7 chapters,dedicated to the study of indoor temperature and indoor ventilation affected by external shading from the perspective of architectural design.The first chapter is the introduction,starting from the research background,purpose and significance,and classic cases at home and abroad.the second chapter is a preliminary review of the simulation experiment,which is mainly divided into three parts:the first describes the climatic characteristics of Qingdao area;the second describes the text of the text of the seed bank building and external shading:the third description affects the temperature and ventilation of the seed bank evaluation factors and methods of computer simulation.The third chapter adopts the most commonly used room temperature room silo in the seed bank building,and simulates the influence of the external shading of the building on the indoor temperature of the seed bank in summer through the software Ecotect.The fourth chapter adopts the room-style warehouse model with the same parameters as the third chapter,and simulates the influence of building external shading on building ventilation through the software Phoenics.Chapter 5 analyzes the data in Chapter 3 and Chapter 4through Matlab software and weighted comprehensive scoring method,and calculates the comprehensive optimal interval of shading and daylighting calculated by programming.Chapter 6 combines theory with practice,selects one of the typical buildings in Qingdao Ruixwang Seed Bank,optimizes the design,and compares the simulation data of existing buildings with the simulation data of chapters 3 and 4 to detect The accuracy of the overall simulation experiment.It is concluded that horizontal shading is the optimal choice,and the shading effect of horizontal shading is stronger than that of vertical shading,and has less influence on ventilation,while the influence of vertical shading on ventilation is relatively obvious.The best range of horizontal shading coefficient is 0.7-1.0.If vertical shading is to be used due to the shape,light and shadow,etc.,the vertical sun visor should be far away from the window.The critical point of the outer shading coefficient is 0.5.If the vertical shading coefficient exceeds 0.5,with the increase of the outer shading coefficient,the overall optimization rate will not increase significantly,which is not conducive to the cost-effectiveness of the construction cost,and provides a certain basis for the design of the external shading of the seed storehouse in Qingdao area.Chapter 7 is the conclusion and outlook of the article.As an important national strategic material unit,the seed bank is especially affected by this years epidemic,and foreigners are prohibited from entering,so on-site inspections cannot be carried out.In this paper,computer modeling is carried out according to the construction drawings of Qingdao Ruixwang Seed Bank,and the actual project simulation values are used to summarize the increase and decrease trends.Compared with the data in Chapters 3 and 4,it is found that the two groups of data have the same increase and decrease trends.The accuracy of the experiment will be carried out when conditions permit in the future. |
