China is relatively short of water resources,so water conservancy projects can control and allocate natural surface water and groundwater,so as to realize water resources protection,sustainable utilization and sustainable development,and meet the needs of human society.At this stage of water conservancy engineering information,particularly in terms of information management of hydraulic structure had a certain amount of research and practice base,but there is still a low degree of information asymmetry,visualization,information is not comprehensive,it is not convenient to use,to explore a set of hydraulic structure total life cycle management in the integration of management system,help to improve hydraulic structure management informationization level.Based on BIM(Building Information Model)and GIS(Geographic Information System),this paper studies the technology and method of System platform development function,architecture,process and so on.The hydraulic structure management system is constructed,and each component function module in the system is analyzed and explained.In view of the flood prediction module,the research is carried out,and the implementation method is discussed.The Xin ’anjiang Model with three-water source,time-varying distributed unit line method and linear reservoir method are used to calculate the runoff production and confluences as well as the flood evolution calculation of the river reach,which is applied in the Dagu River Basin.The main research contents are as follows:(1)By analyzing the research status at home and abroad and learning BIM,GIS,management platform research and development technology,hydrological prediction model and other aspects,design a set of functions of hydraulic structure management system and the overall composition system of its interface.Based on BIM+GIS technology,the whole process of hydraulic structure management is clearly and accurately presented through visualization,which enhances the intuitiveness of management,improves management efficiency and facilitates the overall management of multiple projects.(2)Deepen the design and development of the flood prediction module in the system.Based on the Xin ’anjiang Model with three-water source,the model parameter calibration algorithm and process are designed,and automatic calculation is realized with the help of computer programming.According to the calibration objective function and accuracy coefficient to evaluate the accuracy and rationality of the prediction,the process of flood prediction is analyzed,and MATLAB programming is used to realize automatic calculation of the water flow prediction process.(3)Verify the feasibility and accuracy of the flood prediction module.By collecting the rainfall and discharge information monitored by the rain-measuring stations in Dagu River Basin,the simulated discharge and the measured discharge are compared and analyzed.Based on the flood prediction module of the Xin ’anjiang Model with threewater source,the consistency between the forecast results and the measured results is verified,which is convenient for popularizing and applying in the future flood prediction.
