| The coupled vibration problem of straddle-type monorail train-flexible track beam system is very complicated,involving many sensitivity factors,and many problems need to be further studied.T Based on the theory of vehicle-bridge coupling dynamics and Timoshenko beam theory,the dynamics of the straddle-type monorail train-flexible track beam coupling system is studied in this paper.The main research contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The construction of coupling dynamics model of straddle-type monorail train and flexible track beam.Based on the Lagrange equation and considering the nonlinear characteristics of the suspension system(rubber tires,track beams,lateral hydraulic shock absorbers and air springs,etc.),a 15-degree-of-freedom straddle-type monorail vehicle dynamic equation is established.In addition,based on the Timoshenko beam theory,the shear and torsional deformation of the track beam system are considered,and the differential equation of the track beam system is derived.Finally,a refined straddletype monorail train-track beam coupling dynamics model is established,and based on the theory of vehicle-bridge coupling and method Newmark-β,the dynamic analysis and solving program of straddle-type monorail train-flexible track beam coupling system is compiled.(2)The numerical simulation of track beam irregularity.The dynamic analysis model of track beam irregularity suitable for simply supported steel-concrete composite track beams is studied.Based on the trigonometric series method,based on the trigonometric series method,the US six-level spectrum and the Japanese monorail measured track beam irregularity spectrum were compiled on the MATLAB platform.(3)Research on model verification based on measured data.Through three comparison verification analyses with commercial software UM and measured data,the correctness of the model constructed in this paper and the compiled vehicle-bridge coupling program is verified,and the calculation accuracy is guaranteed.In addition,the model in this paper is compared with the existing model.Analyze and understand the differences and applicability of various models.(4)Research on influencing factors of vibration of train-flexible track beam coupling system.Based on the relevant characteristics of the straddle-type monorail train-flexible track beam coupling system,the evaluation standard system of the dynamic characteristics of this paper is constructed,and the influence of factors such as track irregularity,support parameters and horizontal and vertical section characteristics on the dynamic vibration response of the train-flexible track beam coupling system is studied.Those can provide theoretical support for the safety design and the vibration control of the straddle-type system.(5)Research on comfort of straddle-type monorail train-flexible track beam coupling system.Based on the straddle-type monorail train-flexible track beam coupling dynamics model and ride comfort evaluation index system constructed in this paper,the comfort performance of the straddle monorail train-flexible track beam coupling system under the influence factors of track irregularity and support parameters is studied.And based on the comfort evaluation system constructed in this paper,the calculation results are evaluated. |
