Under the background of achieving the goal of "carbon peak and carbon neutral",it is an inevitable trend of energy development to establish an integrated energ y system to realize the multi-energy complement of cold,hot and electric.However,the capacity of a single integrated energy micro grid is limited,so the overall regional energy supply reliability,new energy digestibility and energy supply range can be improved by connecting multiple micro grids to form a regional integrated energy system.The complex energy coupling mechanism and multi-energy network security interaction mechanism in regional integrated energy system bring new challenges to its optimal operation.In order to improve the economy,cleanliness and network security of the regional integrated energy system,this paper studies the distributed optimization operation of the regional integrated energy system which contains multiple integrated energy micro-grids.Firstly,the internal components of the regional integrated energy system are modeled,including photovoltaic power generation model,wind power model,CCHP unit model,boiler model,energy network model,energy storage equipment model,etc.,and the multi-energy flow analysis is carried out inside the energy micro grid.Then the traditional cultural gene algorithm is improved,and the improved algorithm is used to simulate the internal optimization of a single energy micro grid.The simulation results prove that the improved algorithm is effective and practical.Secondly,a hierarchical optimization model is established for the regional integrated energy system,and the interaction between the upper and lower levels is coordinated by the power of the relaxed tie line.Finally,JASM algorithm is used to simulate the distributed optimization of the model.The results of the example show that the proposed method can improve the economy and cleanliness of the regional system on the premise of ensuring the security of the regional network operation.In the process of distributed optimization,only the power of the connection line is required to be exchanged between each energy micro grid and the upper distribution network to complete the overall optimization scheduling of the region,so that the cost of the region can be reduced to a minimum under th e safe operation state and the data privacy of each energy micro grid can be protected.On the premise that each energy micro grid meets its own internal load demand,the internal equipment output plan of the micro grid is optimized by comprehensively consi dering the distributed energy output,time-of-use electricity price,generation cost and upper energy network security constraints.The results show that the proposed distributed optimization method for regional integrated energy system can effectively impr ove the economy,cleanliness and reliability of the system in the operation process.
