The development of intelligence in the core area of thermal power process control lags behind and needs to be broken through.As a data-driven computational control theory,parallel control theory can effectively support the intelligent development of process control system in power generation production.In this paper,a set of industrial control system for parallel control of thermal power unit process object is designed.(1)The design scheme of deploying parallel control system based on the existing process control system of thermal power unit is studied.With the realization of the program as the task demand,the platform hardware architecture design scheme with the upper computer,switch,controller and debugging PC as the core equipment is proposed,and the configuration software function design scheme with offline configuration and online monitoring as the core functions and the controller software function design scheme with external data communication and real-time operation of control strategy as the core functions are formulated.(2)The external data communication function of the platform supporting Modbus-485,Modbus-TCP,Iec104-TCP communication protocol and third-party software data access interface and the control strategy configuration and real-time operation function based on algorithm module are realized from the aspects of configuration software data structure,man-machine interface,configuration file and controller software data structure,specific function thread and so on.The platform algorithm module includes the conventional algorithm module and the self-defined algorithm module which supports C language dynamic link library and Python algorithm.The external data communication function of the platform is tested and verified,and the effect is good.(3)Based on the platform,a main steam temperature parallel control system is designed and realized,which is composed of steam temperature system data exchange,steam temperature system control performance evaluation,steam temperature system excitation test modeling,steam temperature system optimization experiment and steam temperature system parallel control.Through the real-time simulation of the main steam temperature actual control system control strategy,the main steam temperature parallel control system control strategy and the system data interactive configuration strategy,it is verified that the parallel control system is advanced and the platform has the ability to implement the parallel control system.
