Abstract/Summary:
With the implementation of the new National Overweight Overlimit Law GB1589-2016 of September 21,2016,and the increase in the cost of steel sheet materials for automobile production,especially for dump vans,In the past,the common cargo compartments designed and manufactured were too bulky and conservative in design.They did not meet the needs of the current dump car market and formed a clear contradiction with user needs.Therefore,through the investigation of the actual demand and the improvement of the production process,the use of lightweight design scheme is the main idea to solve this contradiction.For the lightweight weight of dump vehicles,the main focus is on the lightweight design of the chassis and cargo compartment.This paper mainly focuses on the lightweight design of container.In this paper,a 6 × 4 dump truck with a good sales volume is taken as the research object.Based on the investigation and analysis of the lightweight technology of the relevant freight car,combined with the relevant experience of the current domestic freight car enterprises in the process and design of high-strength steel plate,the lightweight structure of the freight car is studied in depth,and the specific optimization design method of the freight car structure is proposed.Through the analysis of the main assembly structure characteristics of the common wing,it is concluded that the compartment structure belongs to the typical plate shell structure.When replacing ordinary steel plates with high strength steel plates,the thickness of the required material can be calculated based on the yield stress of the material,and the equivalent strength substitution calculation formula is proposed.Considering the concrete structure and processing technology of the frame,the optimum design scheme of the frame structure is determined by comparing the shape characteristics of the cross section of the frame.According to calculations,the final weight of the wing is 3004 Kg In comparison with the original rectangular box weight,it can be found that 996 Kg is reduced in the original structure foundation.Obvious weight reduction effect has been achieved.Then,based on the dump truck in the running process may encounter the actual working conditions,the geometric model of the U-shaped cargo compartment is introduced into the HyperWorks analysis software,and the OptiStruct module in the software is used to apply static pressure loads to the cargo compartment,and 1.5 times the moving load coefficient is considered.The change of the stress of the cargo compartment during static loading,critical lifting,torsion and lifting up to 5 ° is calculated.The results show that the structure design of the cargo compartment is basically reasonable.The target market of the model is the transportation of gravel or earthwork in suburbs.In order to verify the reliability of the box structure and the actual processing capacity of the factory,the small batch production verification of the container dump truck was carried out.And delivered to the user for actual operation,follow-up should be used to track the use of the cargo box,according to the user’s feedback problems,the follow-up optimization and improvement work.
