Energy and its use has been the important problem facing the human in the production and living,since the industrial revolution,was a lot of fossil fuels such as coal production,at present our country electric power industry is still dominated by coal,the steady rise of the national development speed and energy conservation and emissions reduction,called on the industry,then gradually mature,solar power generation technology for decades solar-a kind of renewable clean energy,combined with the traditional coal technology,to achieve a kind of auxiliary solar power generation technology(STGG),through the solar-thermal power generation subsystem of steam power system as the main body of the coal to supplement,according to the current development situation,Based on the analysis of the existing research materials,this paper proposes a complementary scheme according to the theory of energy level equilibrium,analyzes the data rules in the scheme,and analyzes the situation that may affect the main steam system in the scheme.In this paper,a N600-25/600/600 coal-fired units light coal coupled complementary retrofit scheme is put forward,subsystem of field use tower collection hot type solar-thermal systems,after preliminary research to determine the coupling position for steam turbine no.2extraction steam pipe,the way through the adoption of throttle into heat,steam,instead of part of the No.2 high pressure heater extraction steam for heating boiler feed water.Research scheme adopts Ebsilon Professional technology under the light of coal for the modification of the complementary complementary system model and simulation data,analysis in different extraction ratio of hot steam trendy,thermal performance and thermal efficiency of the unit index changes,the results said: after light units according to different operation of project of changing coal complementary appeared in the coal consumption of power is constant and save energy-saving solutions and increase power and can keep stable production of hairstyle.According to the influence of the change of steam extraction on the steam power plant in different proportion of photothermal steam,the appropriate proportion of photothermal steam extraction is selected to analyze the change of economic parameters such as heat consumption of photocoal complementary power generation system under different operation modes of power generation.Trnsys software was used to model the complementary scheme and the dynamic process characteristics of the complementary scheme between the main steam system and the photothermal subsystem were obtained.Through the thermal economy analysis,from the perspective of structural coefficient method and thermal economy analysis,the system can be adjusted according to the operating characteristics of the operating equipment and the system under working conditions.And the complementary transformation scheme also needs to be applied and analyzed in practice.
