| In recent years,with the continuous improvement of Building Information Modeling(BIM)and progressive promotion of relevant policies,cognitive consensus on BIM application value is gradually formed in the industry.At the same time,the integration application of BIM technology and more digital technology promotes the transformation of construction industry from the traditional development model to the digital direction at fast speed.In order to fully implement the national requirements for deepening the reform that "streamline administration and delegate power,improve regulation,and upgrade services ",the checking system of construction drawing design documents has been abolished throughout the country.The BIM-based architectural design compliance checking has become a hot research topic for ensuring the quality of architectural design and improve the efficiency of design document checking.Against this background,starting with the application of BIM technology in architectural design,in combination of the application of BIM forward design in each design stage,this paper puts forward that the method of introducing BIM forward design in architectural design can improve the design quality.Besides,through the detailed analysis of the work flow,application value and key technology of architectural design compliance checking based on BIM,aiming at environment that design company has increasing stress in self checking,this paper optimizes the original checking process,puts forward architectural design compliance checking model in BIM forward design and demonstrates the checking process and application value of this model in detail.Furthermore,through introduction of model of architectural design compliance checking based on computational BIM technology,a new solution for the BIM checking is proposed in this paper.Dynamo visual programming is adopted to realize automatic architectural design compliance checking.With a summary of application scope of the computational BIM technical checking,it demonstrates the writing process of various checking procedures.Finally,a quantitative analysis of the performance of computational BIM technology in practical projects are carried out by comparing experiments.It is pointed out that compared with the manual review mode,the review procedure prepared by Dynamo has increased the review success rate by about 20% and shortened the review time by about 50%.The research results and shortcomings are summarized to provide reference for subsequent related research. |
