The Research On The Scientific System Of The Architectural Design And Assessment

In the process of the implement the architectural scheme, there are many problems existing in the three parts to insurance of the design quality, which are the communication between architects and clients, the control of the design process by the designer, the scheme appraisal process and the appraisal system.The article is concentrated on finding an architectural standard which can be used all in the Project Planning ,Architectural Design, Scheme Review of the programs on education by the research on the architectural quality control used by Commission for Architecture and the Built Environment (CABE )and the analysis of the case on scheme review on the Building Schools for the Future (BSF). Furthermore, the design of the Affiliated School of Jinzhong Teacher-training College is using this standard as a reference in the design process,hoping to bring some inspiration on the implement of the architectural design and the scientific assessment system.
