| Guizhou Province is located in the southwest inland of China,the province’s mountains are numerous,heavy stacking peaks,high filling and soil and stone mixed filling roadbeds in high-grade highways often encountered.The high filling roadbed of soil and stone mixing will lead to larger subsidence deformation under the large self-weight load,and the uneven settlement will be easy under the action of the upper structure and vehicle load,which will seriously affect the normal use of road structure.Therefore,in order to minimize the influence of uneven settlement of soil and stone mixed filling roadbed on road structure,it is urgent to carry out reasonable foundation reinforcement treatment on soil and stone mixed filling roadbed,and further study the dynamic response law of soil and stone mixed filling roadbed after reinforcement under the joint action of upper structure and vehicle load.Based on the research background of the high-speed construction project in Xingyi City,Guizhou Province,this paper uses the combination of on-site research,indoor test,numerical simulation and theoretical analysis to study the foundation reinforcement scheme of the soil and stone mixed filling high filling roadbed and the dynamic characteristics analysis of the soil and stone mixed filling foundation under the joint action of the upper structure and vehicle load.The following work has been carried out:(1)Sampling the site filling material,obtaining the earth and stone mixed filler after crushing,carrying out the corresponding indoor test on thesoil-rock-mixture,obtaining the particle size distribution and grade distribution curve,density,maximum moisture content and maximum dry density,compression index,CBR value,rebound mould all kinds of physical parameters and mathematical performance indicators,for theoretical calculation and numerical model analysis.(2)Using numerical simulation software to establish a model of various foundation reinforcement schemes,comparing the differences of soil and stone mixed filling foundation stress strain under different reinforcement schemes,to determine a reasonable foundation reinforcement treatment scheme,the research shows that the use of poor concrete and steel plastic grille for soil and stone mixed filling roadbed reinforcement treatment,can improve the overall stability of soil and stone mixed filling roadbed and improve the filling force,thereby reducing the uneven subsidence of soil and stone mixed filling roadbed(base).(3)After using poor concrete and steel grille to reinforce the earth and stone filling roadbed,the deformation law of the filling stone roadbed under the joint action of the upper structure and vehicle load is further studied,and the formation reason and change law of the dynamic characteristics of the filling square under the action of structural load and dynamic load are obtained.The study found that the dynamic characteristics of the road base(moving displacement and dynamic stress)increase linearly with the increase of vehicle load,while the speed of moving load has little effect on the road-based power characteristics,and because of the existence of reinforced poor concrete layer,the dynamic load level affects the range of 8m,the vertical effect depth is 2m,and does not change with the change of vehicle load size and speed;The overall subsidon stabilizes.Finally,based on the above-mentioned research results to determine a reasonable soil and stone mixed filling roadbed reinforcement scheme,put forward under the action of large-scale box culvert filling box foundation uneven settlement control technology standards,used to guide the mountainous areas of Guizhou Province soil and stone mixed filling roadbed backfill reinforcement and specific construction. |
