With the rapid development of modern transportation,under the premise of ensuring that our roads have the characteristics of large flow,fast speed,and axle load,we must simultaneously develop in the direction of long life cycle and high safety performance.Especially the safety performance of the road.Among them,the anti-skid performance,which is one of the main road properties,directly affects driving safety.After the new road is opened for traffic,the asphalt pavement will continue to be impacted and worn under the continuous action of the vehicle tires.After the asphalt film on the surface falls off,the abrasion of the wheels will gradually destroy and polish the aggregate exposed on the road surface,resulting in the road surface Attenuation of anti-skid performance decreases.At the same time,under the repeated action of vehicle load and climate environment,various types of early cracks are prone to appear on asphalt pavements.If they are not repaired and maintained in time,the cracks will develop rapidly and damage the performance of the pavement.As a new road maintenance method in recent years,electromagnetic induction heating asphalt mixture has the characteristics of energy saving and environmental protection.It can quickly and repeatedly repair the early diseases of the road surface and prolong the service life of the road surface.SMA pavement is a type of pavement often used in high-grade highways in my country.It has many excellent properties such as wear resistance,skid resistance,high and low temperature stability,compactness and durability,and fatigue resistance.Its material structure is special and expensive.It is maintained by electromagnetic induction technology.Extremely economical.However,the effect of induction heating on the anti-skid characteristics of the pavement is not clear.Therefore,the study on the electromagnetic induction thermal self-healing technology of SMA pavement cracks and the early evolution of anti-skid characteristics is particularly urgent.This article is based on the exchange project of the 39 th regular meeting of the China-Poland Science and Technology Cooperation Committee Self-healing of SMA containing conductive materials by induction heating and early life skid resistance evolution of its pavement.Based on the above background,in this paper,the self-healing performance of SMA pavement and the influence of electromagnetic induction heating technology on the early anti-skid performance of pavement are studied.First,the gradation composition design of the conventional SMA mixture and the SMA mixture doped with conductive materials is carried out,and all performance indicators have passed the inspection.Based on the fatigue test of asphalt mixture,the self-healing characteristics of SMA mixture are studied.Using the test idea of fatigue-healing-re-fatigue,the fatigue loading control point is set,and the healing method is normal temperature healing.The results show that the self-healing ability of SMA mixture at normal temperature is weak.Based on the fatigue test and bending test of asphalt mixture,the self-healing performance of SMA mixture with conductive material was studied.The test ideas of fatigue-healing-re-fatigue and fracture-healing-re-fracture are adopted,electromagnetic induction heating technology is introduced to promote the self-healing and repair of asphalt mixtures,and the fatigue life and bending fracture strength are used as indicators to evaluate SMA mixtures.Material self-healing situation.The results show that the fatigue life healing rate and the bending strength healing rate are both at a high level,and the electromagnetic induction heating technology can effectively improve the self-healing ability of the SMA mixture.Based on electromagnetic induction heating technology,the early anti-skid performance of SMA mixture was studied.First,the accelerated loading and abrasion test was carried out on the SMA mixture sample.The structure depth and friction coefficient of the pavement were measured by the sand paving method and the pendulum instrument,and the nonlinear exponential Asymptotic function model was used to fit,and the fitting equations The coefficient is greater than 93%,so that the SMA pavement anti-skid performance attenuation curve is obtained;then the three kinds of abrasion levels of the SMA pavement are subjected to electromagnetic induction heating,and it is found that the anti-skid performance has been improved to different degrees;then the SMA mixture is different Time induction heat repair determines the best heating time based on the anti-skid performance;finally,after continuing to wear the induction-heated SMA specimen,it is found that the electromagnetic induction heat repair will not affect the evolution of the attenuation of the SMA pavement’s anti-skid performance And the final attenuation value.
