Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,a large number of manganese ore resources in our country have been discovered,and the electrolytic manganese industry has developed rapidly,also the output of electrolytic manganese has been ranked first in the world.Electrolytic manganese slag is an industrial solid waste material produced in the process of producing electrolytic manganese.It has a low utilization rate and a large amount of storage and disposal,not only takes up a lot of land resources,but also contains more soluble manganese(Mn)and ammonia nitrogen(NH4+-N).And other pollutants,which can cause pollution of soil,surface water and air.This article takes the harmless treatment of manganese slag as the starting point,through the study of the physical and chemical properties and engineering characteristics of manganese slag,analyzes the stable solidification effect of different curing agents on manganese slag,and selects the appropriate stable curing agent based on the technical requirements of road engineering.,Adopt single factor and orthogonal test method to analyze the stable solidification effect and mechanism of cement,lime and fly ash on manganese slag,and obtain the best combination of cement,lime and fly ash according to the requirements of road performance.Replace part of the aggregate with the stabilized manganese slag consolidation body,make full use of the characteristics of the manganese slag’s finer particle size,which can more evenly distribute and fill the voids of the skeleton,and make the cement manganese slag stabilized and mixed with gravel through a reasonable selection of gradation levels.The material forms a dense skeleton structure,and a cement manganese slag stabilized gravel base material with higher strength,rigidity and better integrity is obtained.Through the unconfined compressive strength,splitting strength,compressive resilience modulus,split resilience modulus and other basic mechanical performance tests of cement manganese slag stabilized gravel mixtures of different proportions,the stability of cement manganese slag is obtained.The strength and stiffness of crushed stone mixture change with the change of manganese slag addition,cement dosage,age and other factors.When the cement dosage is 4%and 6%,the manganese slag addition is 20%.The cement manganese slag stabilized crushed stone has Good mechanical properties.It meets the mechanical performance requirements of road pavement base materials under most traffic conditions of second-class and lower-level highways.The column leaching test simulates the leaching characteristics of soluble manganese and ammonia nitrogen after 30 years of stable solidification of manganese slag into cement,manganese slag stabilized crushed stone mixture.Rising,while the concentration has been slowly decreasing,which are all lower than the requirements of relevant environmental protection indicators.On the basis of meeting environmental protection requirements and mechanical performance requirements,the water stability,drying shrinkage and temperature shrinkage of cement manganese slag stabilized gravel mixture were studied.The results show that the water stability of cement manganese slag stabilized crushed stone mixture exceeds 70%,and has good water stability;the dry shrinkage coefficient and temperature shrinkage coefficient of the four types of cement manganese slag stabilized crushed stone range from 44.3 to 67.3 and respectively.7.3~8.8,the ranges of dry shrinkage crack resistance coefficient and temperature shrinkage crack resistance coefficient are 7.6~11.3 and 56.0~68.0,respectively,and the ranges of dry shrinkage crack resistance index and temperature shrinkage crack resistance index are 0.27~0.56and 0.74~0.89,respectively.Comprehensive evaluation of cracking performance,cement manganese slag stabilized crushed stone has good crack resistance.
