| Electrolytic manganese slag is an industrial waste produced during the production of metal manganese by manganese ore through electrolysis.Currently,accumulation treatment is mainly used.This disposal method not only takes up a lot of land resources,but also has a serious impact on the surrounding environment of the manganese slag warehouse.Therefore,the problem of harmless treatment and resource utilization of electrolytic manganese slag has become increasingly prominent.In this paper,relying on the scientific and technological project of the Guizhou Provincial Department of Communications,"Research on the Key Technology of the Harmless Treatment of Manganese Slag and Its Application in Highway Engineering"The electrolytic manganese slag is used for embankment filling to achieve the purpose of bulk resource utilization.Finally,the comprehensive benefits of electrolytic manganese slag construction are analyzed,in order to provide some technical support for the harmless treatment and resource utilization of electrolytic manganese slag in China.conclusion as below:(1)Through physical test,chemical test and XRD,SEM method,the manganese slag has a smaller particle size,a water content of 32.7%,a p H of 5.6,and a specific gravity of 3.04;the main chemical components are Si O2,SO3,Ca O,Al2O3;crystal phase substances Mainly quartz,calcined gypsum,and pyrite.(2)Through the toxicity leaching test,the content of Mn and NH3-N in the electrolytic manganese slag exceeds 549 times and 24 times of the standard limit.In order to harmlessly treat the manganese slag,quicklime is used as the curing agent.The results showed that the optimal conditions for quicklime to solidify manganese slag are:10%quicklime additive(effective dose of quicklime is 87%),25%water content of the mixture,40min mixing time of the mixture,and 3d standing time.(3)Analyze the applicability of the solidified manganese slag embankment to fill the embankment through FLAC3D software,simulate the slope stability and stress and deformation of the solidified manganese slag embankment,and find that the manganese slag embankment has a slope anti-sliding stability safety factor of2.34.The maximum displacement is 49.5mm,and the maximum displacement in the horizontal direction is 20.5mm.It shows that the stability of the solidified manganese slag embankment is high,the deformation is small,and the overall strength and stability meet the requirements of the embankment.(4)By constructing an evaluation index system,systematically analyze the comprehensive benefits of manganese slag road construction.First,build the hierarchical structure of the comprehensive benefits of manganese slag road construction based on the analytic hierarchy process.Taking comprehensive benefits as the target level,10 influencing factor indicators based on the three main demonstration levels of environmental benefits,economic benefits and social benefits are proposed.Then,using the form of professional and technical personnel survey questionnaire and the assistance of MATLAB software,the comprehensive weight value of 10 influencing factor indicators for the target layer is obtained.Finally,aiming at the current situation of Guizhou Songtao manganese slag,assign values to the indicators in the comprehensive benefit evaluation system of manganese slag road construction,and construct a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to complete the evaluation work.,Proved the feasibility of using manganese slag to fill the embankment project,and opened up a new way for the resource utilization of manganese slag. |
