| As the traffic volume in our country increases year by year,a large number of highways have been damaged to varying degrees before reaching the designed service life.A very important reason for these road damages is uneven road surface compaction and insufficient road surface compaction.The traditional compaction detection method can only use the compaction of a few local points to characterize the overall road compaction,which is obviously not accurate enough.The research of an intelligent road detection system that can achieve continuous real-time detection is of great significance for improving the quality and efficiency of road compaction.Based on the Yunnan Guangna Expressway and Zhengzhou Zhengshao Expressway,this paper analyzes the vibration compaction mechanism of asphalt pavement.First,establish a "vibratory roller-mixture" model from the theoretical aspect to study the mathematical relationship between vibration acceleration and compaction.The relationship between road compaction and vibration acceleration under different conditions is obtained through model simulation and field measurement.Finally,Lab VIEW software was used to establish a real-time detection and evaluation system for asphalt pavement compaction,and the following conclusions were obtained:(1)Establish a "vibratory roller-mixture" dynamic model,and analyze theoretically.When the amplitude and frequency of the vibratory roller are constant,the value of the vibration acceleration is only related to the stiffness and damping of the asphalt mixture.Stiffness and damping are related to the degree of compaction of the mixture.(2)Based on Simulink modeling and simulation of the dynamic model,the vibration acceleration value increases with the increase of the asphalt pavement stiffness,and the two have a good linear correlation,indicating that vibration acceleration can be used to characterize the compactness of the road surface.(3)Perform on-site measurement of vibration acceleration data.Carry out acceleration fitting period and effective value algorithm research.The mathematical relationship between the measured road surface compaction degree and the vibration acceleration is obtained.The fitting curve of the simulation data was corrected by the measured data,and a reliable simulation model was obtained.(4)Through simulation,the relationship between vibration acceleration and road compaction degree under the action of two rollers under different surface layers,different thicknesses and different temperatures is obtained.(5)Combining GPS positioning technology,using Lab VIEW virtual platform to connect to external acquisition equipment program interface design,acquisition parameter design,GPS positioning plate design,vibration acceleration and compaction plate design to establish a real-time evaluation system of compaction.And the compaction detection system is operated on the construction site.There is no significant difference between the detection results of the middle surface layer and the upper layer system and the actual measurement results,which verifies the reliability of the real-time detection and evaluation system for the degree of compaction. |
