With the development of economy,tunnel construction has become more and more common.With the increasingly prominent problems of tunnel quality and lighting,this article aims to study energy-saving tunnel paving materials and energy-saving tunnel sidewall materials.Under the premise of ensuring road performance and safety performance,improve the overall brightness of the tunnel and improve driving safety,While reducing energy consumption.This article refers to a large number of related literatures such as tunnel lighting energy saving and paving technology,tunnel side wall material technical performance,etc.,mainly researches the road performance evaluation of embedded light-colored paving,the basic performance of side wall materials and their influence on tunnel lighting.Among them,road performance research mainly includes anti-skid,water stability,high temperature stability,impermeability and bonding ability;sidewall materials mainly research its fire resistance and adhesion.The results of the test show that compared with ordinary asphalt mixtures,asphalt mixtures with light-colored aggregates have slightly reduced skid resistance,water stability and cohesiveness,but they can still meet the technical specifications.Requirements: After adding 32% glass beads to the sidewall material,the fire resistance time of the coating can reach 176 min,and the bonding strength is 0.7Mpa,which meets the fire resistance time 120 min and the required bonding strength 0.15 required by the tunnel sidewall for the coating.Mpa.In order to more accurately evaluate the energy-saving effect of the paving and sidewall materials of the energy-saving tunnel,this paper adopts the physical tunnel model.Under different tunnel paving schemes and the replacement of sidewall materials,the average illuminance,average brightness and difference of the road surface are different.The three indicators of the reflection coefficient of the paving material are studied.The test results show that under the same lighting environment,the average brightness of light-colored aggregate asphalt pavement is significantly improved,which can be increased by 7% to 20% compared with ordinary asphalt pavement.In energy-saving tunnel sidewall materials,when the amount of glass beads added is 32%,the light reflection efficiency of the sidewall materials can reach about 76%,which meets the requirements of national regulations(reflection rate 70%).With the increase in the amount of light-colored aggregate embedded,under the same lighting conditions,the average brightness of the road surface shows an increasing trend.Comprehensive paving material road performance,side wall material performance and energy-saving effect,the final selection of 16% added amount of 2.36-9.5mm glass aggregate paving plan,32% of glass beads added amount of energy-saving side wall material,Adapt to the actual project,and have the best energy-saving effect.
