With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards and the rapid development of the cold chain logistics industry,people’s consumption levels are also constantly upgrading,and people are paying more and more attention to product quality issues,especially for cold chain products such as fruits and fresh food.The requirements are getting higher and higher.In the current situation of increasingly serious traffic congestion,it has certain theoretical and practical significance to ensure the efficient operation of cold chain products through the study of path optimization of cold chain logistics.Based on the background and significance of the topic and the current research status at home and abroad,this article first summarizes the relevant theories of cold chain logistics and the basic issues of vehicle routing,laying a solid foundation for the in-depth study of cold chain logistics path optimization.Theoretical basis.Secondly,this article introduces in detail the components of the vehicle routing optimization problem and the relevant limiting factors of the model.After considering many practical problems such as fixed costs in transportation,vehicle energy consumption costs,and product loss costs,the traditional Logistics route optimization model.Thirdly,in order to make the model more in line with the characteristics of cold chain logistics and more in line with the real environment,this paper is based on the traditional logistics route optimization model,taking into account the actual distribution situation,and introducing the influencing factors of traffic congestion and time window constraints.In the study of congestion factors,the K-nearest neighbor prediction index model is used to predict and analyze the traffic congestion,and the predicted results are unified in the form of speed.At the same time,the soft time window is selected as the limiting factor,and the construction takes into account traffic congestion and time.The cold chain logistics path optimization model under window constraints is solved by genetic algorithm.Finally,this article uses the actual data of the cold chain logistics company to test the path optimization effect of the above model.The optimization results are divided into two groups with traffic congestion factors considered and traffic congestion factors not considered,and the effectiveness of the model is proved by a comparative analysis of the actual total cost and time accuracy of the optimization results.The research results show that the cold chain logistics path optimization model proposed in this paper,which considers traffic congestion and time window constraints,can improve the punctuality rate of delivery in the actual environment and save a certain amount of delivery cost.The optimization model constructed in this article is more suitable for the one-to-many distribution of enterprises in the city,reduces the transportation cost of the enterprise,improves the efficiency of product distribution,and has certain reference significance for the development of the enterprise.
