Chaos,in Chinese culture,is not only the ideal realm of literati painting,but also one of the important concepts about life reality in literati painting theory.The first article of twenty four poems is "xionghun",which describes a state of indistinguishability between man and nature,so as to show the creative approach of "returning to emptiness and becoming more vigorous".The literati painting pursues the natural and true atmosphere,and the problem of "natural" is also the problem of "truth".There are profound philosophical reasons for this.The aesthetic value of Chaos originates from the aesthetic images of “Mao,Cang,Kuo,Zhuo,Lao,Xiaosan,Kuhan” in ancient landscape painting.It is a kind of chaotic atmosphere like the opening of the sky,bursting out the original,hunquan life spirit and state,which is in line with the realm of "silent" and "Inaction" in Taoism.This also reflects the aesthetic form of "instant" and "Epiphany" in Taoist thought.In pure natural experience,people have the awareness of understanding and exerting the world after the wonderful realization.This is the "muddy" situation of no space and no time for the perception of the world from the current experience.Starting from the Chinese traditional humanistic spirit "Chaos",this paper explores the aesthetic value and creative intention of "Chaos" in Chinese garden rockery,and analyzes the aesthetic characteristics of plane and space under the "Hun" characteristics of rockery.The author selects Qiyuan in Jiaxing Haiyan,Jinyuan in Changzhou and Huanxiu villa in Suzhou as research objects This paper analyzes the plane layout,rock texturing,space composition,landscape elements,sequence and tour route of rockery in each park,which can reflect the "Chaos" environment which is no different from the natural landscape,a kind of order full of life spirit.The representation of nature in traditional Chinese landscape painting is the same as rockery creation,which is the miniature and sublimation of the world after a wonderful understanding.The author selects the theme,brush and ink,texturing and constituent elements of Huang Gongwang and Huang Binhong’s landscape painting to analyze their expression and creation of real nature.The selection of elements and the painting method of expression theme reflect a strong spirit of life and divine factors,which is of great significance The aesthetic characteristics of "Hun".The aesthetic mood of Mao,Cang,Ku,Zhuo,Lao,Xiaosan and Kuo Han in their paintings is the original existence of "Hun" and the life experience of the landscape.The literati’s garden design is to reproduce the ideal landscape from the natural landscape.Rockery is the expression of the literati’s world view and world view.Therefore,the study of the aesthetic characteristics of "Chaos" in rockery will go deep into the concept of rockery design.From the world view,world view and human settlement view,it is a kind of design language to construct "Chaos" by integrating the site and landscape elements This paper discusses the practice of rockery,explores the operation logic beyond the traditional technology of rockery stacking,and summarizes the core idea of the form and composition of rockery in Chinese classical garden through the study of rockery landscape elements.Finally,the author further demonstrates the space,plane characteristics and types of the muddy rocks through practical cases and the stacking experiment of rockery bonsai. |
