| With the development of the aging of our country’s population and the increase in the number of disabled people,caring for disadvantaged groups has become the focus of society’s attention.Based on the current social situation,this article focuses on the disability group as the main target user,takes their most commonly used assist tool wheelchair as the carrier,and solves the problem of difficult transfer between the wheelchair and the bed as the design breakthrough point,and analyzes the user’s function of the wheelchair.According to the needs and expectations,innovative designs of electric wheelchairs are carried out,and electric wheelchairs that can better assist users in getting in and out of bed are designed.The paper analyzes and designs electric wheelchairs that assist users in getting in and out of bed through the comprehensive application of various data survey statistical methods and innovative design methods.Using the context analysis method,build a user context storyboard through visits and user surveys,analyze user needs and make statistics.The KJ method is used to screen user needs,obtain the user’s main needs,and establish a user demand model.Use the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP method)to establish a standard system for evaluating products,determine the importance of pairwise comparisons between various index needs,and build a program evaluation index system for the elderly and the disabled when using electric wheelchairs to transfer to the bed.The functional analysis method is used to decompose the functions of the existing assistive wheelchairs,and on this basis,the functional structure principle of this design is analyzed,and the electric wheelchair that assists the user to get on and off the bed is innovatively designed to meet the needs of the user.Solve the functional elements of functions at all levels,and comprehensively select three functional principle schemes.Through the established comprehensive evaluation system,triangular fuzzy numbers are used to comprehensively evaluate and select functional principle schemes.Combining the design with ergonomic principles,using the software Rhino to perform 3D modeling of the selected optimal scheme,and analyze and display the user’s use situation,reflecting the innovation and feasibility of the design scheme. |
