China is a country with a large population and a large country of housing.According to data released by the National Bureau of Statistics,the population living in rural areas for a long time accounts for 39.40% of the total population of the country.In some cities and towns in China and most of the villages,self-built houses have always been the important way of“Home Ownership”.However,such a large number of self-built residential system has few professional design and sufficient academic research.The quality and safety of the house cannot be guaranteed.Some houses have even a century of history without necessary reinforcement and renovation.When encountering heavy rains,earthquakes or other geological disasters,many houses will be damaged or even collapsed.The focus of post-disaster reconstruction is how to build housing with quality assurance for the victims in the shortest time.A bottom-up construction model combined with the Internet can compress the reconstruction cycle to the greatest extent.This is the open-source Architecture(OSArch)that has gained rapid popularity in European and American countries and is changing the construction industry.If the open-source building model can be applied and developed in the future,combined with the needs and objectives of Chinese post-disaster reconstruction projects,reconstruction work will be optimized and efficiency improved.This thesis analyzes the planning and construction of Baihuo New Village as a model project for post-disaster remodeling through a large number of surveys of Baihuo New Village,and innovatively use the open-source architecture theory and method as the background and technical means to propose an optimization strategy for the reconstruction project of Baihuo New Village,and carry out the optimization design at the plan level.The first chapter explains the research background,clarifies the purpose and significance of the research,defines the research object and content,uses open-source technology as a means to optimize the concept of the reconstruction project of Baihuo New Village,and does basic research on related concepts and literature.The second chapter gives a detailed explanation of the open-source architecture theory,and studies two excellent abroad open-source self-built housing projects and typical cases,and summarizes the work flow and construction methods when using related technologies.The third chapter comprehensively analyzes the reconstruction and utilization status of Baihuo New Village based on the investigation,which is the necessary information and foothold for optimizing it.Chapter four proposes strategies for the design of reconstruction projects by using concepts and technologies related to open-source architecture,such as Internet-based open source platforms,modular digital design and CNC manufacturing technology,etc.The fifth chapter designs the self-built houses in Baihuo New Village under the guidance of the design strategy according to the design ideas and processes of the open-source architecture.
