| In recent years,emergencies have occurred frequently in our country,which has posed a serious threat to the safety of people’s lives and property.The focus of emergency rescue work is always to find a method that can handle emergency situations in a timely and efficient manner,while taking into account the increase in rescue efficiency.Emergency vehicle path optimization is a key link in emergency rescue.Scientific and reasonable planning can effectively alleviate disasters and reduce losses.However,when an emergency occurs,there are certain differences in the demand for emergency supplies in each disaster-stricken site.If this difference is ignored,it will not be possible to ensure that the disaster-stricken sites with urgent needs are given priority to emergency protection.Therefore,the scientific and reasonable selection of the emergency vehicle route optimization plan is the starting point of this paper.The thesis takes the emergency vehicle routing optimization problem considering the urgency classification as the research object.Firstly,it analyzes the related theories of emergency,emergency logistics and vehicle routing problems.For the solution of the vehicle routing problem,the cuckoo is analyzed.Algorithms and related theories of ant colony algorithm;and then comprehensively analyze the factors that affect the urgency of the disaster-affected point’s demand,then proceed from the three perspectives of environment,population and material demand,and then determine the weights through the analytic hierarchy process and entropy method,and finally build an evaluation system based on the urgency of the disaster site,propose an improved Technique for Order Preference by Similarity(TOPSIS)method based on gray correlation to evaluate the urgency of demand,and analyze the relevant data from the Wenchuan earthquake;secondly,use the improved K-means clustering method to determine the emergency The selection of distribution centers and the division of disaster-affected points,based on this transportation network structure,construct an emergency vehicle route optimization model considering the urgency classification under emergencies,then,the problem is solved by the optimized cuckoo and ant colony hybrid algorithm.By comparing this algorithm with other heuristic algorithms,the efficiency of this algorithm is further verified.Finally,take the vehicle route selection in the Wenchuan earthquake emergency rescue as an example,combine the above models and algorithms,and perform programming on MATLAB software to obtain the optimal vehicle route plan for emergency rescue,and the route plan that does not consider the urgency of the demand Make a comparison to verify the effectiveness of the model proposed in this article.Research on the path of emergency vehicles can improve the current weak links in emergency rescue decision-making,so as to achieve rapid,economical and reasonable completion of emergency rescue work,and provide theoretical advice and guidance for emergency management departments in making decisions. |
