As a uniquely attractive environmental carrier in northern cities,urban riverside parks are becoming a hotspot in urban construction.How to promote the construction of conservationoriented riverside parks has become a topic of common concern for the gardening industry and even the society.This paper selects the representative riverside landscape Taohuatan Park in Xi’an City and carries out the evaluation and optimization of its economical design application.The evaluation results are helpful to discover the existing economical design application problems of the park,and guide Taohuatan Park and even the cities in Guanzhong area.The economical construction of riverside landscape is of great significance.This paper is based on basic theoretical research at home and abroad,referring to relevant design evaluation standards and specifications,and consulting expert opinions to determine the evaluation level model,select evaluation indicators,invite experts to score,establish a judgment matrix,determine the weight of the indicators,and finally construct the urban riverside park conservation Type design application evaluation system.Then,through field visits,questionnaires,etc.,the actual evaluation score of Taohuatan Park is obtained,combined with the comparison scoring standard,the economical elements of the research object are analyzed,and optimization suggestions are put forward.The main research results obtained are as follows:(1)Fully consider the characteristics of the riverside park,and use the analytic hierarchy process to construct an evaluation index model.The system contains a total of 6 criterion layers and 29 evaluation factors.The post-use evaluation of Taohuatan Park is carried out using the established evaluation index system of economical design and application.According to the evaluation grade,the evaluation result is a good economical level,and the comprehensive evaluation value of the park is 70.63.(2)In the criterion layer,the influence of the soil layer and the force layer on the application of conservation-oriented design is relatively small,and the influence of the watersaving layer on the conservation-oriented garden design is the most obvious.The scores of the other three items are relatively even.The largest proportion.Among the evaluation factors,the utilization of the original terrain,rational organization of transportation,the utilization rate of native plants,the utilization of new and renewable energy,the utilization of original water resources,the selection of suitable plants and the application of water-saving irrigation account for a larger weight,which is important for conservation-oriented The application of garden design has the greatest influence,while the application of fast-growing tree species and the utilization of guest soil have the least influence.In the future energy-saving design and transformation,important indicators should be emphatically considered,and then secondary important indicators should be considered.(3)From the evaluation results,Taohuatan Park has its advantages and disadvantages in terms of economical design and application.In general,the advantages are: the use of the original terrain,the use of the original water resources,the utilization rate of native plants,the utilization of the overhead layer,etc.;the disadvantages are: three-dimensional green expansion,the use of new and renewable energy,and the use of new friendly materials,Water-saving irrigation,etc.In view of its disadvantages,a comprehensive analysis and corresponding improvement designs are put forward.Finally,long-term design suggestions are given in order to learn from the conservation-oriented construction of urban riverside landscape in Guanzhong area.
