| The steel tied-arch bridges are a kind of thrust-free structure system,which is more adaptable to the foundation and provide the full clearance under the bridge,so they are widely used in plain areas or municipal bridge projects.With the development of the industry and urbanization,modern bollard steel arch bridges often adopt a relatively new structural system,which puts forward new requirements for design,construction and operation safety.For new urban bollard steel arch bridges,it is necessary to introduce construction monitoring and health monitoring to systematically monitor and control the stress state and deformation of the bridge from construction to operation.To ensure the smoothness of the bridge’s plane and longitudinal section during construction,to ensure the safety and quality of the structure during the construction period;and to ensure that,in the event of problems with the structure during operation,the structural condition can be assessed,alarm information can be issued and relevant departments can be notified,so that corresponding repair measures can be taken quickly to reduce the chance of accidents.This paper introduces the design and overall internal force analysis results of the Baihe Bridge,introduces the construction monitoring technology prevention and thinking of the Baihe Bridge,and proposes the construction control scheme.the engineering-based health monitoring technology solution was studied,including the design principles,general structure,deployment and selection principles for the automated sensing test subsystem,condition assessment module and early warning module for the structural early warning and assessment subsystem.Finally,the construction monitoring system was applied to analyze the construction monitoring results of the White Crane Bridge,which showed that the difference between the measured and theoretically calculated values of the bridge is within 10%,indicating that the construction control system has effectively controlled the bridge and the internal force of the bridge is within the control. |
