| Extended range electric vehicle(EREV)is one of the important branches in the field of new energy vehicles in China.Scientific evaluation of energy conservation and emission reduction and economic cost analysis are the premise of sustainable development of EREV.Under the background of ecological civilization construction and green driven development,it is necessary to improve and promote the research work of EREV life cycle assessment,and to establish a complete EREV energy conservation and emission reduction and economic cost evaluation system.It is of great significance to help government departments and relevant automobile enterprises to formulate support policies and determine product technology routes.Based on the theory and method of life cycle assessment(LCA)and the bill of materials(BOM)data of the key parts of the vehicle,the mathematical analysis model and Ga Bi calculation model of energy consumption and emission in four main stages from raw material acquisition to scrap recovery of the vehicle are established,and the mineral resource ADP(e)of EREV in the whole cycle is analyzed CML2001 was used to characterize and standardize the assessment results.On the basis of the above analysis,in order to further study the dynamic change of power structure and the impact of operating conditions on vehicle energy saving and emission reduction effect and environment,scenario analysis is carried out on three operating conditions of power structure and urban condition,suburban condition and comprehensive condition,and economic cost analysis is carried out on EREV from the perspective of users.Finally,BEV of the same level is selected It is compared with ICEV.In terms of ADP(e)and ADP(f),EREV produces the largest consumption of mineral resources in the raw material acquisition stage,and the largest proportion of fossil energy consumption in the operation stage is 71.3%.In terms of five types of environmental impact,GWP(42.03%),AP(33.25%),POCP(20.49%),EP(3.82%)and ODP(0.41%)were in descending order.Scenario analysis results show that with the decrease of carbon content in power structure and the increase of clean energy proportion,ADP(f),GWP,AP,EP and POCP show a significant downward trend;the comparative analysis results of three vehicles under different working conditions show that in terms of energy consumption and environmental impact,the energy saving and emission reduction effect of EREV and BEV in urban working condition is better than that in suburban and comprehensive working condition,and ICEV in suburban working condition it is better than comprehensive and urban conditions.The cost analysis results show that the total cost of three vehicles from big to small is BEV > ICEV > EREV,and the total cost of BEV is 19.47% and 8.02% higher than EREV and ICEV respectively.In terms of use and maintenance cost,the cost of three vehicles from big to small is ICEV > EREV > BEV,and the use and maintenance cost of ICEV is 14.57% and 29.88% higher than EREV and BEV respectively. |
