| For port cities, ports are an important support for urban economic, social development and foreign trade exchanges, usually,a port contains several port zones, with the expansion of urban functions, the expansion of land use and the adjustment of industrial structure, some old port zones witch were originally located on the fringe of cities or early construction urgently in need of functional transformation to adapt to the development of cities and regions.Development along the coast or along the river is the main development axis of the port city, old port zones often have important waterfront locations and a vast hinterland space,in this case, how to realize the functional transformation of the old port zones through the redevelopment, activate the use of urban stock land, these are important issues in the current urban key regional function adjustment and urban renewal research. This paper starts from the perspective of the spatial relationship and interaction between port and urban space, take Guangzhou Huangpu Port as an example, evaluate the change trend of comprehensive benefits of intensive land use in old port zones separately from the three subsystems of pressure, status, and response by PSR framework, around the goal of how to transform land resources into space assets, focus on the spatial evolution process, spatial organization, comprehensive effectiveness of land use and functional transformation model of Port-City.This paper choose San Francisco,Baltimore,Hamburg and Yokohama as typical cases to analysis, summarize the characteristics of Port-City spatial relationship, land use characteristics, internal and external sources of power for functional transformation and transformation ideas and models, provide a reference for the functional transformation of the old port zones. This paper hold the point of view that interaction between ports and cities and spatial evolution has important influence on port function transformation, land use and space layout, evolution of the spatial relationship between Port-City shows initial stage, growth stage, mature stage and post-maturity stage, with the different stages of spatial evolution of Port-City,the functional layout of the port will also be changed and adjusted accordingly to adapt to the new spatial relationship between Port-City.The basic motivation for the functional transformation of the old port zone is that the land space resources it occupies does not match its functional needs, based on the evaluation and analysis of the PSR framework,it is concluded that the comprehensive benefit index of land use in Guangzhou Huangpu Old Port District is increasing, and positively correlated with cargo throughput,Port-City interaction is obvious. The spatial evolution of Guangzhou port conforms to the evolution law of the spatial relationship between the port and city, the future Port-City relationship of Huangpu Port will gradually enter the stage of diversified economic development and the separation of Port-City space.Huangpu Port should adopt a comprehensive development transformation model, dislocation development with Nansha port zone, mainly shift to advanced port services, enhance global shipping resource allocation capabilities and improve comprehensive city service functions. |
