| Line gear is a new kine of gear mechanism which transmits motion and dynamic through point contact.It has the characteristics of flexible design and the minimum number of teeth can be one and so on.It has obvious advantages in small and medium scale and light load application scenarios.At present,the main processing methods of line gear are modeling method,rapid prototyping method,machining method(special CNC milling machine processing,hobbing processing),laser processing method and cold rolling method.With the development of the processing method of the line gear,the industrialization of the line gear is further,and the technology related to the industrialization of the line gear is also put on the agenda,one of the most important technologies is the measuring technology of the machining accuracy.In this paper,the machining accuracy measuring method of cylindrical line gear is studied,which provides the theoretical basis and method of machining accuracy measuring for the industrialization of line gear.This paper mainly includes the following four aspects:(1)Establishment of mathematical models,milling Processes and milling error analysis of line gear.Based on theoretical model and the method of tooth surface construction of linear gear,the transformation method between transverse profile and normal profile is proposed.The designed line gear is milled by special CNC machine tool,and the main sources of machining error of line gear are analyzed from two aspects of gear blank processing and gear milling.(2)Milling method and machining error analysis based on linear gear model.Based on the meshing theory and meshing characteristics of line gear,combined with the currently gear standards,the inspection items about gear accuracy are determined,the measuring methods are proposed,and the errors caused by the corresponding measuring methods are corrected.According to the determined inspection items,combined with the characteristics of line gear,the measuring path of the probe is planned,and the selection range of the probe radius is calculated.(3)Research on measuring method for machining accuracy of line gear.According to the line gear machining accuracy measuring method and measuring path planning,the movement needed to complete the detection is determined,and the whole machine structure scheme of the measuring device is proposed.Considering the development cycle,economy,feasibility and so on,the main structure of the measuring device is selected and designed respectively,and the main system as well as thes key parts of the measuring device were selected.Finally,the measuring device is developed.The measuring device of cylindrical line gear provides an important device for measuring of line gear.(4)Machining accuracy mesuring experiment of cylindrical line gear.Firstly,the accuracy of the key parts of the measuring device is verified,the initialization of the measuring device is completed and the measurement coordinate system is established.The machining accuracy of milled plastic cylindrical gear is carried out on the measuring device,and with the help of computer aided manufacturing software and mathematical software,the deviation is measured and calculated,and the accuracy evaluation method is given.Finally,the development process and working principle of the self-developed manual gear rubbing machine are briefly introduced,and the metal line gear machined by this gear rubbing machine is measured. |
