In the day of increasing requirements of the ABS system performance, precision testing of the parameters of ABS gear as well as its precision production has become One of the important parts of the automotive industry. This paper develops a new parameters measuring system of ABS gear based on line lasers.This article details the working principles and design process of the measuring system, including the design of system structure, fixture structure and the program of positioning and clamping. In order to correct the errors causing by swinging of bearings, this paper using the method of least square curve fitting and affine transformation of space rectangular coordinate to improve the measurement accuracy. According to the output data type of the Keyence LJG030line lasers, the paper using VC++6.0as a design plat form, develops the software of the measuring system and makes visual operation come true.The designed ABS gear parameters measuring system is simple to operate and has high measuring efficiency. The actual measurement data shows that the measuring accuracy of the system is3μm, expanded uncertainty is1.86μm. In a word, the designed measuring system has a high measuring accuracy, realizes the automation measuring, and all parameters of the system follows the initial Indicators.
