Nuclear power is a clean and efficient energy source that can improve my country’s energy structure.At the same time,nuclear power is a modern large-scale complex system,and the localization of nuclear power equipment can enhance my country’s industrial design and manufacturing capabilities.Human error has become a major factor affecting nuclear safety.Reducing the probability of human error in nuclear power plants is of great significance to improving the safety of nuclear power plants.This article is based on the CREAM method,and the main results include the following:1.Through the investigation,comparison and demonstration of human factor reliability methods in the nuclear power field at home and abroad,the second generation human factor reliability method CREAM is determined as the basic method;based on the REASON model,the nuclear power human error influence factor analysis framework is constructed,Combining with the CREAM extension method,based on expert experience feedback,through the construction of antecedent classification table,antecedent and consequence retrospective table,the cause of human error can be traced,and the probability of error can be quantitatively predicted;2.Based on the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy logic theory,a new human error analysis model,the AHP model,is proposed,which is suitable for emergency equipment access scenarios and solves the problem of human errors that are difficult to analyze in this scenario;3.Combined with a nuclear power accident case,the CREAM method was used to trace the cause,and the results were consistent with the investigation report,which verified the feasibility of the CREAM method in solving engineering problems;combined with the emergency equipment access task case,predicted the human error mode under the emergency equipment access task The importance ranking of AHP verifies the feasibility of the AHP model.The CREAM method established in this paper for the analysis of human error in nuclear power plants can realize traceability analysis and quantitative prediction to help nuclear power plants improve safety.
