In 2020,the new type of coronavirus swept the land.my country adopted a closed strategy for the first time, saving the health of the people and controlling the spread of the epidemic. With the gradual control of the epidemic, the post-epidemic era will follow, and the normalized prevention and control of infectious diseases has become a major topic.Community prevention and control is an important line of defense to control the spread of infectious diseases, and its reasonable built environment can improve the city’s prevention, emergency response and recovery capabilities in the face of infectious diseases. Therefore, research on the built environment of communities in the postepidemic era is particularly important. This study determines the principle of community division and selects 8 communities as the research objects.Through a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods, the main factors affecting the normalization of the prevention and control of infectious diseases in the community are summarized, and the current situation is combined to guide the space optimization.First of all, this article summarizes the research on the elements of the community built environment and the research on the characteristics of infectious diseases in the existing literature.Based on the characteristics of infectious diseases, the elements of the built environment of the community are screened. It is identified as four types of land development, transportation and travel, ecological environment and management organization, and 20 influencing factors related to 9 characteristics such as density, intensity, mobility, transportation performance, and low-risk travel mode.Secondly, use ARCGIS,data crawling, questionnaire survey and field survey methods to assign values to 20 influencing factors.Through the results of statistical principal component analysis and linear regression analysis,it is found that the three factors of land intensity and diversity, public space vitality and layout, and vertical space prevention and control are relatively weakly related to epidemic prevention capabilities.Community open management, low risk and low consumption travel,The low-density open space layout has a strong correlation with epidemic prevention capabilities. It puts forward three conclusions about the risks of over-opening communities, the improvement of prevention and control of low-risk and low-consumption travel, and the loss of isolation of fragmented green space, and the three-level strategies of moderately closed communities, improving low-risk and low-consumption travel, and integrating public green spaces. Finally, three typical communities with high, medium, and low epidemic prevention capabilities(the satellite square community, the Dongsheng Street community, and the People’s Square community)were selected for planning and guidance. The satellite square community is guided by three strategies: sharing public resources appropriately, advocating low-risk and low-consumption travel, and reviving the green space in the community. The Dongsheng Street community adopts the two strategies of promoting low-risk and low-consumption travel and integrating green space for spatial planning guidance. The People’s Square community is planned and guided by the three strategies of closing community space, improving low-risk and low-consumption travel, and integrating green space public space.
