In order to study the atomization characteristics of mixed fuels,based on the school spray project,this paper screened out a large number of original spray images with high definition and true characteristics of the spray for research.Using digital image processing technology,comparing and studying different image processing algorithms,finally developed a spray macroscopic characteristic parameter measurement program,and applied this program to measure the macroscopic characteristic parameters of the spray oil beam,which provides a theoretical basis for further research on mixed fuels.The focus of this article is the research on image processing algorithms and parameter measurement algorithms.In terms of image noise reduction,the research and comparison of Gaussian filtering,bilateral filtering and other algorithms,and finally selected bilateral filtering that can well maintain edges and details while reducing noise for denoising;In the aspect of image contrast enhancement,a variety of contrast enhancement algorithms have been studied,and objective evaluation parameters of the enhancement algorithm have been introduced,and finally it has been determined that homomorphic filtering can perform better contrast enhancement on images;In terms of image segmentation,several classic image segmentation algorithms such as threshold segmentation,edge segmentation,and region segmentation are studied,and the active contour method is implemented based on theoretical principles.Finally,the region-based active contour method is determined to perform the image Segmentation,can accurately segment the oil beam target;In terms of parameter measurement,this article combines the advantages of Hough line detection and the least square method,and proposes a quadratic fitting algorithm to fit the boundary of the oil beam.Through comparison,it is concluded that the error of the fitting algorithm in this article is small;This paper also realizes the evaluation of the symmetry of the sprayed oil beam through the evaluation of the axial symmetry of the spray projection image.In this paper,by measuring and studying the parameters of different apertures,different back pressures,and different starting pressures,it is concluded that the effects of each parameter on the macroscopic characteristics of the spray are as follows:(1)As the diameter of the nozzle hole increases,the spray cone angle,the lateral penetration distance and the spray projection area all increase,and the symmetry of the spray oil beam increases,but the axial penetration distance is almost unaffected;(2)The environmental back pressure in the constant volume bomb increases,the penetration distance and the spray projection area are reduced,the symmetry of the spray increases,and the spray cone angle increases.At the same time,the greater the environmental back pressure,the front end of the oil jet The slower the development speed;(3)As the fuel injection pressure increases,the spray cone angle,penetration distance and spray projection area will increase,but it will also increase the asymmetry of the spray;(4)The higher the fuel injection pressure,the larger the spray cone angle,but the spray symmetry will be lower.Based on python language and libraries such as opencv and pyqt5,this paper developed a spray macroscopic characteristic parameter measurement program,which enables users to conveniently measure and analyze spray cone angle,penetration distance,spray projection area,spray symmetry and other parameters.
