The agglomeration of cement particles in the concrete mixture causes its microscopic unevenness,which seriously affects the improvement of concrete quality.In order to solve the problem of the microscopic unevenness of concrete mixing,a new mixing process-the medium and high-speed mixing technology of cement paste is now used.First,the cement and water are mixed into a paste at a higher speed to avoid or reduce the formation of cement aggregates.It is conducive to the improvement of the micro-uniformity of the pure slurry,ensuring the micro-uniformity of the concrete mixture after the aggregate is added,and ultimately improving the performance of the concrete.Based on the analysis of cement paste mixing mechanism,with the purpose of improving mixing uniformity,a test prototype of medium and high speed pure paste mixing equipment was designed,and the structural strength of its key parts was analyzed to meet the test research of medium and high speed pure paste mixing technology.Claim.In this thesis,by analyzing the movement mode of slurry in the process of clean slurry mixing,the parameters of the mixing device that affect the mixing effect of clean slurry were determined.The arm length of the stirring arm,the diameter of the through hole of the stirring blade and the stirring speed were taken as the optimization objectives,and the value range of the parameters was determined.In order to analyze the influence of the axial and radial relative positions of the pressure plate and the isolation plate on the mixing effect of the clean slurry,the combination form of the axial and radial relative positions of the pressure plate and the isolation plate was determined,and on this basis,the test scheme was designed.The influence of structural parameters and working parameters of the mixing device on the mixing effect of concrete slurry was studied experimentally,and the parameters such as viscosity,fluidity,test block strength and mixing power of the slurry were analyzed under different mixing parameters,and determine the optimal parameter combination.The test shows that the optimal parameter combination of the existing test prototype is: the length of the stirring arm is 247 mm,the diameter of the stirring blade through hole is 15 mm,the stirring speed is 700 r/min,the axial distance of the pressure plate isolation plate is 40 mm,and the relative radial position is the output.The material round hole is half open.The thesis research provides experimental data support for the structural improvement and performance improvement of the pure slurry mixing equipment,and provides the basis for the subsequent numerical simulation.The optimized new type of pure slurry mixing equipment can improve the mixing effect,reduce the waste of cement and water,and reduce the consumption of resources.It has important economic significance and practical application value.
