The cement stabilized macadam base has been diffusely applied in the const ruction of substrate,because of its high strength and stiffness,excellent waterin g stability and freezing resistance,which can effectively bear and transmit the t raffic load of road surface.However,in the process of mixing cement stabilized macadam,the uneven mixing of coarse and fine aggregate destroys the original gradation composition and seriously affects the overall strength and stability of t he pavement base.Aiming at the above problems,this paper applied digital im age processing technology and then carried out an in-depth study aiming for the rapid detection and judgment of uniformity.The main achievements are summa rized as follows:(1)This paper expounds the plant mixed cement stabilized macadam materi al composition,action principle and aggregate properties,based on the research i n the factory mixing machine and mixer equipment,analyses the working princip le of forced continuous mixer,movement characteristics and mixture movement changes,determined the main factors of uniformity in the processing mixing ce ment stabilized macadam aggregate.(2)The application of digital image processing technology,to mix the cemen t stabilized gravel factory to recover the original image,gray level transformatio n,histogram equalization,processing operations,such as binary diagram transforma tion and morphology and the aggregate particles in binary image,fill inside the pore,make the processing of the binary image after the geometrical characteris tics of the aggregate can reflect the actual aggregate particles.(3)Through the shooting height test,the functional relationship between the acquisition height and the actual image width was obtained,and the optimal ac quisition height and pixel ratio efficient were determined.Based on the processi ng digital image techniques and the calculation principle of aggregate gradation,set up the plant mixed cement stabilized macadam aggregate particles rotating ellipsoid three-dimensional model,put forward the fast calculation spheroid aggr egate uniformity of equivalent mass ratio coefficient method,the test quality based on aggregate ratio,defining the uniformity index value of coefficient of equiv alent mass than divorce.(4)Based on MATLAB GUI interface in the software development capabilit ies,will present the rapid detection of plant mixing uniformity of cement stabiliz ed gravel aggregate calculation and determination steps of conversion,developed a plant mixed uniformity of cement stabilized gravel aggregate of rapid detectio n system,and by relying on the project to the shooting scene of the original i mage uniformity results determine and statistical validation.The results show that the apply of digital image processing technology com bined with aggregate uniformity calculation principle,through the establishment o f the aggregate particles equivalent ellipsoid three-dimensional model and equiva lent spheroid quality ratio coefficient method,a quick calculation of aggregate q uality,then according to the uniformity of judgement indexes to plant mixed un iformity of the cement stabilized macadam aggregate reasonable to make the rig ht decision.The developed system can be apply to quickly and automatically de termine the aggregate uniformity of cement stabilized macadam.
