| Raw soil structure building has the advantages of low cost,convenient materials and energy saving,which is a kind of green building.It is widely used in China and even the world.In China,raw soil buildings are mostly distributed in rural areas.The rural construction is transforming to economical,resource-efficient and flexible,Seeking a safe and reliable raw soil structure system which is suitable for new rural construction has become a valuable research topic.On the basis of relevant research,the research group proposed a kind of interlocking compressed earth block without mortar masonry,which is only connected by mechanical biting between blocks,and determines the optimal block parameters through experiments.At the same time,the matching key technologies such as the masonry mode of the interlocking compressed earth block wall and the connection between the wall and other load-bearing structures are studied.The result proves the reliable bearing capacity and lateral resistance of the interlocking compressed earth block wall.On this basis,this paper puts forward a kind of composite walls with interlocking compressed earth block,selects the wall as the research object,and studies the seismic performance and bearing capacity calculation of the wall.The main research contents are as follows:1.Design the composite walls with interlocking compressed earth block and carry out the scale model test researchTwo specimens of the different frame composite walls with interlocking compressed earth block were designed and fabricated,and the low-cycle repeated load tests were conducted.The failure process and characteristics of concrete and steel frame wall are compared.2.The influence of structural measures such as reinforcing belt and core column on the seismic performance of the composite walls with interlocking compressed earth block is analyzedThe bearing capacity,hysteretic curve,skeleton curve,stiffness degradation and energy dissipation capacity of concrete and steel frame wall are compared and analyzed.The results show that: for the concrete frame wall,the increase of the number of reinforcing belt and the setting of core columns can significantly improve the seismic performance of the wall,mainly in the improvement of the wall cracking load,ultimate bearing capacity,deformation capacity,ductility,initial stiffness,energy dissipation capacity and integrity.For the steel frame wall,the setting of reinforcing belt improves the bearing capacity and deformation capacity of the wall,delays the trend of wall stiffness degradation,and significantly improves the energy consumption capacity of the wall.3.The restoring capacity model of the composite walls with interlocking compressed earth block is established,and the calculation formula of the bearing capacity of the wall is put forwardThe restoring force model of the composite walls with interlocking compressed earth block wall is established,which is based on the test results and analysis.Combined with the relevant research and the calculation method of shear bearing capacity of block wall in the current masonry structure design code,proposing the calculation formula of bearing capacity of the composite walls with interlocking compressed earth block.The calculated value is in good agreement with the experimental value,which provides reference for the application and research of the composite structure with interlocking compressed earth block. |
