In recent years,the number and mileage of highway tunnels has grown rapidly,but tunnel sections have been accident-prone points,and traffic safety hazards are prominent.Some of the tunnel entrances are currently set up with awning,speed reduction pavement marking,etc.,to play a good role in improving the level of traffic safety.However,there are many empirical components,such as the selection of awning materials,the cooperative setting of awning and speed reduction pavement marking,etc.,so it is necessary to further study the design method of awning and the collaborative setting of awning and speed reduction pavement marking.Based on the analysis of massive traffic accidents in the operating tunnel and combined with the tunnel real vehicle test illuminance data,this paper reveals the distribution characteristics and causes of tunnel accidents.Besides,it puts forward that priority should be given to reducing the risk of entrance accidents from the point of view of reasonable control of illuminance and speed.Compared with several common traffic safety measures,the combination of converging chevron marking and awning can effectively improve the traffic safety in the tunnel.Through the investigation and analysis of the structure type and material design of the awning at the entrance of the operated tunnel,the steel arch+sun visor is selected as the structural type of the awning in the mountainous complex terrain.In addition,according to its use requirements and market research,the selection of awning engineering materials is proposed.Taking the right entrance of Zhuadilong Tunnel of Wutangxun Expressway as the object,the awning model of 6-lane tunnel is constructed by light simulation technology.The initial length of the awning is determined and simulated according to the measured running speed of the road section and the illumination level inside and outside the tunnel,which takes the driver’s visual comfort range as the standard.By adjusting the combination of light transmission parameters and segment length,the gradual low light environment characteristics of the two shading types of " single section,integral combination " and "same lateral,topgrading" under different illuminance levels are analyzed,and the application conditions of different types are put forward.At the same time,the best light reduction type and light environment design scheme of awning at the entrance of Zhuadilong tunnel are determined,on the basis of which the main structure design of awning is completed.Combined with the prediction results of running speed of road section,the design parameters of converging chevron marking in Zhuadilong tunnel are determined.The driving simulation experiment is carried out by constructing the multi-scheme collaborative application scene of tunnel awning and speed reduction pavement marking based on UC-win/Road and SketchUp platform.Selecting the indexes such as average deceleration,speed change rate and average speed,the setting effect of reduction markings and awning collaborative scheme is analyzed and evaluated by Analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and weighted RSR method.Finally,the best cooperative application scheme of awning and reduction markings at tunnel entrance under different running speed is obtained.This paper uses light environment simulation,driving simulation,mathematical analysis,etc.,to complete the research on the application design of speed reduction markings and awning,which enriches the technical system of awning design,and can provide reference for the engineering application of physical awning.It plays an important role in improving driving comfort at the entrance of high-light tunnels in mountainous areas and reducing the accident rate of tunnel entrances. |
