With the rapid development of China’s space technology,more and more launch vehicles has been launched to the space.To improve the reliability of the launch,the measurement system products carried inside the rocket are all redundantly designed,which leads to a large number of products in the system.In the whole process of design,storage,circulation and use,how to control and manage the aerospace products carried on the rocket effectively has gradually become the focus of people’s attention.Inbound and outbound warehouses in factories and laboratories are usually realized by manual inventory,recording and statistical product identification,which has low efficiency.Using technical means to improve efficiency is imperative.Using edge detection identification recognition technology instead of manual recording,which improved management methods during production and testing,can greatly raising the efficiency of product delivery and testing.Firstly,this paper investigates the research and application background of identification and the application of identification mode by scholars at home and abroad,as well as the research status of edge detection,segmentation and recognition technology.The practical significance and feasibility of this topic are analyzed through the investigation.Secondly,general design ideas of identification technology is put forward.Starting from the objective requirements and practical significance of the application of aerospace products’ identification technology,the difficulties in the implementation of identification technology are put forward in the light of reality.The product identification image is selected for the research process of this paper,and the image features are briefly analyzed.Based on the above content,the design idea of recognition algorithm scheme is proposed.Thirdly,design ideas of edge detection algorithm is proposed.By analyzing the use effect of various edge detection operators,the Canny operator with better performance is selected under the background of this paper.This paper briefly introduces the principle of performance evaluation of detection algorithm,and then chooses two simple and effective performance evaluation methods in use.Furthermore,this paper puts forward the basic ideas and processes of edge detection algorithm.Fourthly,on the basis of the general design ideas of identification technology and the design of detection algorithm,this paper implement the algorithm design for the space product identification image.The program mainly includes image-reading,preprocessing,edge recognition and area location,image segmentation,character recognition,and result output modules.The functions of each module are designed separately.Finally,the identification of product identification is realized through test verification.The main process includes following: image-reading,graying,homomorphic filtering,edge location,identification segmentation,character recognition,result output.The result indicating that the identification method has a certain robustness.In addition,the aerospace product identification using this scheme improves the automation level of laboratory product management. |
