Research On Planning And Management Of Sponge City In Tangyuan County

With the rapid development of China’s economy in recent decades,the scale of the city is expanding,the ecological space in the city is being compressed,and the urban environment pressure caused by the destruction of urban ecology is accumulating.In the past ten years,water environment problems have occurred frequently in various cities in China.The shortage and pollution of groundwater,frequent waterlogging after urban rainstorm and other problems have seriously hindered the development of the city and caused great security risks to the daily life of the people.On the one hand,due to the rapid development and large-scale construction of the city,the underlying surface of the city has changed from the natural surface with infiltration ability to the building roof and hardened road with little infiltration ability,so natural precipitation can not form a natural hydrological cycle in the city;On the other hand,because of the traditional concept of rain flood control in urban construction,we hope to use gray infrastructure to quickly discharge precipitation out of the plot.In the case of frequent urban water environment problems,Chinese government and scholars have paid more attention to urban ecological environment,reflected and revised the urban construction mode,and put forward the concept of sponge city.The concept of sponge city has become an important means to solve the contradiction between urban development and water ecological environment in China.It has successfully reversed the traditional thinking mode of urban construction and development,reduced the damage to urban ecological environment,tried to replace some functions of gray infrastructure with low impact development facilities,and left most rainwater as resources in the city through infiltration of rainwater runoff To restore and optimize the environment of urban water system and restore the toughness of urban water system.This paper studies the process of sponge city planning and construction management,and puts forward specific sponge city planning strategies.This paper takes Tangyuan County as the research object,deeply analyzes the current situation of water system in Tangyuan County,excavates the actual problems and potential risks faced by the water system in Tangyuan County,tries to optimize the ecological environment of Tangyuan County on this basis,and puts forward feasible and smooth sponge city planning and design strategies.Firstly,this paper sorts out the theories related to the research of sponge City,analyzes and sorts out four kinds of rain and flood control systems that have been practiced for many years abroad,and studies the concept,planning principles,planning points,main facilities and other aspects of the construction of sponge city in China.Secondly,the paper analyzes the location and planning scope,physical geography,social economy and upper planning of Tangyuan county.Based on the analysis of topography,climate and meteorology,underlying surface and current situation of sponge city construction in the planning area,this paper identifies the relevant problems existing in the planning water system of Tangyuan sponge City,and summarizes and sorts out the problems and demands of water ecology and water security in Tangyuan county.Finally,the sponge city planning system of Tangyuan county is constructed,which is mainly divided into the delineation of the overall planning pattern,the water system scheme planning,and how to connect the sponge city planning with other urban planning contents.The sponge city planning management system of Tangyuan county is constructed,the zoning index is defined,the construction sequence applicable to Tangyuan county is studied,and the planning guarantee is provided System analysis,to ensure the sponge city in the management of the organization,system,capital and technology to support the smooth construction of the project.This paper studies and practices the specific process of sponge city planning and construction,makes a comprehensive analysis of the whole planning and construction process of sponge City,combs the planning and design strategies of sponge city with strong operability and good landing based on the characteristics of Tangyuan County,and ensures that the sponge city planning plays a role.
