Research On The Planning Strategy Of Sponge City In Taojiang County

In the new period of China's urbanization construction,water security and water environment problems have become increasingly prominent,which have seriously threatened the lives,property and safety of the people.Sponge City,a new type of urban development concept,came into being in this context.The construction of sponge city has many advantages,such as solving various water problems in the city,improving the urban heat island effect,creating the public space with ecological function and landscape,and enhancing the flood control capacity of the city.The demand of sponge city construction in different regions and different scales are different,and the planning and construction strategy of sponge city should be problem oriented and more targeted.Nowadays,the research and practice of sponge city is in full swing,but mainly for large and medium-sized cities,little attention has been paid to the construction and planning of sponge towns in small towns.Taojiang county belongs to Yiyang city of Hunan Province,is located in the north part of Hunan,Dongting Lake,named for the territory of the Peach Blossom River,is a typical small town in Hunan.This paper takes the city center of Taojiang county planning and preparation of special sponge city as an opportunity to the city center of Taojiang County as the main research object,trying to explore the city center of Taojiang County sponge city planning strategy,hoping to provide reference and support for the case study on the construction of small towns in the sponge city other southern rainy regions.The main content of this paper is divided into five parts: The first part expounds the research background,defines the content of this study,research object,and puts forward the research project,research significance,research methods and technology roadmap.The second part first combs and summarizes the overseas sponge city research results,obtains the inspiration to our country's construction sponge city.Secondly,from the policy and research results of two aspects of China's sponge city development status and found problems.Finally,it analyzes the domestic and overseas sponge city construction case,draws the beneficial experience.The third part mainly through the study of field investigation and related data,and focuses on the analysis of Taojiang County in the presence of the hydrological characteristics of precipitation,flood,drainage system,surface runoff,such as city,laid the foundation for the next part of Taojiang County sponge city planning strategy.The fourth part mainly discusses the planning strategy of building sponge city from two dimensions of macro(overall planning strategy)and micro(key regional transformation measures)in Taojiang.The overall planning strategy including the development of city construction target and index system of sponge,sponge,sponge city construction space pattern construction city grading system;reform measures in key areas including the city according to the different underlying surface types specific planning measures and facilities layout measures LID.The fifth part(the fifth chapter)summarizes the research results,points out the shortcomings of this research and proposes the prospect.
