| Coherent optical transceiver is the core part of the Satellite laser communication system,it consist of optical transceiver module,optical amplifier module and other part.The adaptability of coherent optical transceiver is take an important role for satellite laser communication.So is a great value for the research of the space thermal property of optical transceiver.This paper is based on the practical application of aerospace engineering and combined with the characteristics of coherent optical transceiver,studied on its space thermal property,it mainly includes as following:1.According to structure of the coherent optical transceiver,the heat distribution is analyzed.On this basis,a physical model of heat distribution is established and the nodes of the optical transceiver are divided.Based on the coherent optical transceiver thermal control request,the simulation analysis is carried out for the temperature of different modes under the boundary conditions of 45 ℃ and-10 ℃,all components matched the requirements of level I derating.According to this model,the thermal control design is carried out and the implementation of thermal control is completed.2.A heat balance test was carried out to verify the correctness of the model.The heat balance test has gone through two working conditions: low temperature and high temperature.During the test vacuum degree and boundary temperature are all meet the test requirements.The temperature of electronic components is collected when the temperature of optical transceiver is in equilibrium,all devices meets the requirements of temperature index.Under low and high temperature,the performance for optical transceiver has been tested,the test data shown that the performance of the optical transceiver was match the design requirements.The optical transceiver has passed the heat balance test.3.The thermal vacuum test is carried out in order to verify whether the working capacity.The electrical performance and function of the optical transceiver under the thermal vacuum stress environment meet the design requirements and verify the identification allowance.The thermal vacuum test of optical transceiver is carried out according to the test requirements and the purpose of the experiment is achieved.The performance for the optical transceiver is detailed tested in before,after and during the test.The results of the test indicate that all performance indicators meet the design requirements,and the optical transceiver has withstood the thermal vacuum test. |
