With the development of real economy,the manufacturing industry has also boosted as the main body of real economy.However,with the introduction of new and old kinetic energy at national level,the real economy is experiencing tremendous changes.The equipment manufacturing industry is an important part of the conversion between old and new kinetic energy.Under the premise of ensuring technical quality of the product,the equipment manufacturing enterprises need to choose the most suitable technical scheme to improve the economical efficiency of product,make the product more market-competitive and bring more economic benefits.Therefore,the establishment of a reasonable and effective selection evaluation system to optimize technical schemes is the primary problem that enterprises face before production.This thesis takes the technical schemes for steam turbine nozzle processing as the research object,which is a representative type of parts in the equipment manufacturing industry.Through the investigation of the same industry and the discussion of enterprises,it is found that there are some problems in the process and technical scheme of HTC steam nozzle,such as overemphasizing the technical indexes and relatively lacking the economic consideration.According to the problem,select the appropriate economic index,put forward two new nozzle process technology scheme,use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to model and evaluate the technical,economic and environmental indicators,and finally draw the optimal conclusion.Lastly,the corresponding safeguarding measures are taken for the implementation of the optimal scheme.In addition,through the research of technical schemes for small and complex parts,comparison and selection system for technical schemes of other large-scale and system-type parts can be set up to make the schemes fixable and guidable,in order to save time from the design sour.Through the research in this thesis,the equipment manufacturing enterprises can choose technical schemes for small and complex parts on a comprehensive basis of both advanced technology and economical rationality.It can also improve the core competitiveness of enterprises and benefit both employees and enterprises.
