| H group is one of the domestic power equipment manufacturing enterprises.In recent years,H group has made great efforts to deepen the reform,innovate the system and improve the mechanism.Especially in the reform of business division system,H group has made a bold attempt and exploration.Through the reform of business division system,the group has promoted the transformation from product management to industrial management mode.Over the past few years,H group has done a lot of work,but in the process of reform,it is found that there are still some problems in the reform of business division system,such as insufficient top-level design,imperfect operation mechanism,unclear power and responsibility relationship at all levels,inadequate resource allocation,and organizational structure that can not adapt to the current development,which has affected the process and effect of the division system reform of H group.Therefore,this paper is committed to the research on the enterprise organization theory,especially the division theory.By using the methods of literature research and questionnaire survey,this paper combs the reform and operation status of the business division system of H group,and sums up the problems existing in the operation of the business division system.By analyzing the causes of the problems and solving the problems,starting from the reform and new establishment of the established business division This paper puts forward suggestions and safeguard measures for the continuous improvement of the division system reform from the aspects of business department reform,resource allocation,operation mechanism and performance management syst em construction,and expounds the expected effect.As a large-scale state-owned enterprise,it is more complex to promote the reform of business division system of H group.The suggestions and opinions of this paper still need to be improved in the future.It is hoped that it can provide reference and suggestions for the further promotion of the reform of business division system of H group and the reform of organizational mode of other similar enterprises,so as to help enterprises achieve long-term,stable and high-quality Quantity development. |
